Our room was, in fact an apartment with bedroom and a living room (which had a kitchenette very well equipped). Very welcoming, comfortable and tastefull decorated place! Nice balcony backside to a full-flowers garden.Very clean. Kind owner, even he didn't speak more english. Parking place in front of building. Close to the center app.5 minutes. Deffinitely, a place to come back in Syvota!

Great room, excellent location!

Stayed 3 nights and were very happy with our room. It may not have had a view but:
•	Just a 1-2 minute walk to center of village where restaurants, shops etc are located, but still very quiet.
•	Very very clean.
•	Recently painted, tastefully decorated.
•	Sufficient storage space.
•	Relatively spacious, exp. for Greek standards.
•	Small private balcony with seating area.
•	Table with two chairs inside.
•	A/c warm and cold.
•	Kitchenette (fridge, cooker, some pots, glasses, cups, plates, cutlery; detergent; sponge).
•	Sufficient sockets (also on one side of bed).
•	Two towels per person (were changed during our stay). And yes, there was toilet paper.
•	Parking right outside.
•	Very helpful owner - wifi inside room had problems because of the internet provider company but because it was the Greek Easter feast, technicians were not available.  The owner, however, did his best and solved the problem after two days.
Room lacked:
•	Blow-drier (from what owner told us, he used to have them but guests took them home with them) - now available upon request.
•	Frying pan or toaster.

Overall - the room was excellent value for money (25 Euro per night) and I would probably stay there again.

Excellent value for money

Anavra Studios are a small set of very well equipped studios a stone’s throw from the main harbour area of Syvota. They sit just behind Anavra square on a quiet road which makes them peaceful for sleeping/relaxing but less than a five minute walk to town.

The apartment building looks very fresh with bougainvillea and flowers planted around the property and the apartments don’t disappoint either. Ours was equipped with a small kitchen (fridge, hob, sink), table and chairs, double bed, aircon, flat screen TV, bathroom with small shower and a small balcony with table, chairs and rails for drying clothes/towels.

Parking is available on ground just across from the hotel which is great as parking in Syvota is difficult, they have free Wi-Fi and if you need to leave your suitcases after checkout then there is someone on site with an office who will look after them.
The apartments were cleaned daily and at one point we returned to fresh figs in the fridge.

If you are going to Syvota I would thoroughly recommend Anavra studios. They are compact but not tiny, very comfortable, clean and have a perfect location for those wanting to be close to the busy areas but not right in the middle of them
