Located a bit farther away from the water than the other choices in the area but you're rewarded with spectacular panoramic views of the bay.

Large living area with a stove top, refrigerator, and lots of closet space. Bathroom is compact but lots of hot water with a stand up shower (no tub). Ample air conditioning and a huge deck from which to enjoy the views. Great spot for nighttime star-gazing, too.

Huge Room with a Spectacular View

Large suites with Fantastic sea view!!! You can see from your room the great sunset. Very friendly people, helpful, very well informed about what the area has to offer to the visitors. Clean and comfortable room with big balcony. Great breakfast (with no end time)

The best choice

Me and my Canadian friend arrived around 6.30 pm 01/25/17. There were a cleaning lady with her daughter? mopping the floor. She said that she had been belatedly informed to clean the room,.While we were waiting for it to dry, she briefly told us the history of the property and that the one who manages the hotel resides in Patras. I asked her about the heating and she said that the air conditioner would warm the fairly large room with a bathroom in a about 10 minutes! I had a shower and I went to lie down. I noticed several hairs of different sizes and shapes on the sheets. Beneath the sheets there was a mattress cover that it was also covered with hairs. I tried about 10 minutes to call someone and finally reached the manager who told me ironically "I don't think the owner should be present 24 hours day". I explain the situation (though he was not convinced) I offered to send him photos. He said he would send the cleaning lady to bring us new sheets. The room after 2 hours was still cold as the air conditioner was inadequate for the size of the room. The cleaning lady came with a young boy about 15 minutes later and she was insolent and provocative. She asked me why we made such trouble about something so insignificant. I asked her to come closer and have a look and when she reluctantly did, she grabbed a hair threw it down and stated "where are the hairs"? She told me that I had laid down and the hair was mine. I tried to show her the mattress cover but she refused to look, staring at us with anger. At that time I was speaking again to the manager and he claimed that he had upgraded us to a suite, which was a lie. The room was the exact room we had seen and booked through expedia. He never apologized for the filthiness of the bed and for the rude and obnoxious behavior of his employee. We covered up with everything we found in the closet because we're freezing and we left early in the morning even after being awake most of the night.
A shame for such a beautiful property to have such incompetence!

Bad experiance

amazing view on the small town of Neo Oitilo and sea. Recently build, big, clean and comfortable rooms that are perfect especially for families. Private parking and very kind personal. Suggest going to the restaurant "black pirates" in neo oitilo

It was a very nice experience. Very friendly people, helpful, very well informed about what the area has to offer to the visitors, nice spacious rooms, extremely clean considering it is situated in nature. Breakfast was perfect, like the ones grandma was preparing. Family friendly, baby friendly (It is noticed that the rooms are extremely clean). Very nice location, not far from sea, but also far enough so as to provide peaceful vacation. Great view, magic sunset. I would recommend it to families, even though getting there by car may not seem so easy when driving with children. Nice spot to stay and have a tour of Mani.
