It's not like the pictures, but it's much nicer and cozier, very clean and neat in every corner, I found it comfortable, mini-basket for breakfast, phone, kitchen appliances, wifi, air conditioning, heaters and more.

It's so cute.

Excellent for short-term stay. Quiet location. Pleasant, well-maintained apartments. However,in hot weather (38C daily) a WHOLE WEEK without cleaning or change of sheets and towels is unhygienic. Had very hostile response to a request to change sheets & towels before the week was up. After that, they were changed again 2 days later. This cavalier approach to cleanliness as well as the owner's attitude count against otherwise perfect accommodation.

Unreliable cleaning, linen & towel change

I travelled with my family and the hosts were really attentive with us. The room was large and very comfortable. Good beds and good views. Everything was new. Not expensive.  A really good place to come back.

Very comfortable and friendly.

Unlike some reviewers, I was pretty happy with my stay. Very large room, big comfortable bed, nice modern bathroom and a huge balcony with excellent sea views. Nice people too. 

Only drawback was attempting to park on the seemingly 45° slope outside. My puny Volkswagen Up! handbrake couldn't manage this and I had to abandon the hill and park by the field at the bottom – which proved a much better option all round.

With the pebbly beach only a couple of hundred metres' walk away, staying here offered a nice, relaxing, car-free stopover. Well worth it.

Much better than expected

We went there just for one night since we were doing a tour of the Peloponnèse region. We had the opportunity to meet Kryssa (sorry for the spelling) who was wonderfully nice and advised us a cute tavern and an awesome beach for the day after. 
Her hotel is very neat and clean and everything you need is at your disposal. Good location as well, quiet and nearby some cute taverns in the city. The view is breathtaking! 

Very nice stay

When travelling on a motorcycle you also carry with you the instinct to adapt and for this stay it has come back to us very useful. The apartment is small but furnished with everything. The owner is nice and speaks very well Italian. The location is not bad and not far from Kalamata. The bathroom is a cabinet, with scratched bricks and very dated services. The air conditioner is very noisy and we struggled to turn it off. Wifi for nothing working.

I mean...

Service was very good. We didn't book the room in advance, but this was no a problem. Polite administrator show the room and helped with car parking. Public parking is available before the house. THe harest part was to locate the hotel. There was no advertisment on the main road. I went to another hotel wifi to check the correct address and location. I'm not very familiar with greece addressing system :)
All dishes (exept corkscrew) but the administrator organized it also.

Good sleep in Mikri Mantineia

Excellent combination of price and quality!The location is a big advantage as it is not very far from the city center, it has with an amazing view and really nice beaches in a walking distance. The owner is very hospitable and can provide you with tips on places to go around

Cosy and Nice!

Fortunately we only had one night of air conditioning and a really noisy refrigerator. The door to the apartment was not locked. We had booked four beds and found only three.

Just for one night and away.

It is located about 10 km from Kalamata in a small village on the sea, rich in restaurants and bars on the beach. Bus connections to and from Kalamata. Rooms provided with refrigerator, TV, air conditioner, cooking corner and bathroom. The room was very clean and the owners were very kind and always available (the owner Vassilis knows perfectly Italian). Very quiet area and rich in Mediterranean vegetation (citrus fruits and olives).
