The hotel was amazing and clean. They were so kind both during our booking as also during our stay. We stayed in maisonette & everyday we had clean towels and fresh breakfast in our kitchen for the next morning (milk, local delicious yogurt, fresh bread and cake, oranges, apples, butter, honey, coffee Nespresso, greek mountains tea) & also extra breakfast like bread with eggs & ham or local delicious recipes. Breakfast was a “must”. Great decoration, cocomat & apivita products makes your stay comfortable. Heat, hot water & breathtaking view. We had stayed there in 2007 & coming back it was a nice surprise to find it so much upgraded. We will come back for sure!

The timid exhibitionist’s dream, eat, drink, shower, sleep with the village of Kalavryta at your feet. Floor to ceiling view and you are so far from anyone there is total privacy. We were in one of the new suites and they are very nice, enter through what can only be described as an artificial stone lined canyon from the car park and you are greeted by cozy modern decor. The place is a little form over function but the form is fantastic. Some shelves for bits and pieces in the bathroom and a few more hooks to hang towels would be great. No drawers means you can’t leave anything behind though. The bunk bed is not suitable for little kids, even if you brought an extra fall protector/barrier. We brought the outside table inside so that we had something to eat from. There is also not much information in the room, any for that matter other than a number to call for breakfast at 0830. If you are hitting the slopes early then you aren’t eating the excellent hot breakfast first. Lots of other nibbles provided. Shame the private pool on the terrace wasn’t prepped for use or there would have been some cold dips followed by hot showers. So not a 5 but a cracking place and the shower with a view is one for the memory bank.

The Timid Exhibitionist’s Dream

We spent New Years Eve at Azanias Chalet and were left speechless. We hardly wanted to leave the suite. We stayed in number 12, part of a few rooms that have only recently been built. It boasts two en suite bedrooms, an enormous living room/dining room area with a small kitchenette, and a huge, modern terrace with a private plunge pool and panoramic views of Kalavryta and it’s surrounding mountains. The decor is understated, effortlessly chic and luxurious, yet still manages to give off a lived-in comfortable and cosy vibe with its gorgeous fireplace complete with our own stock of firewood. Fresh, traditional breakfast is served every morning, and you are never left without something to drink or snack on (home made cakes, local mountain tea, coffee). Not to mention that the fridge is always stocked with oranges and continental breakfast ingredients, on the odd occasion that the daily breakfast isn’t too your liking. In case you forgot to bring shampoo or shower gel, you could always use the full size Apivita toiletries kindly provided. Service is polite and discreet. We couldn’t recommend this place enough as an all year round destination.

Exceptional chalet with great views

The hotel had the  potential to be given a 5 star review being in a nice location with nice rooms and pool, but the stay was ruined by problems related to the A/C infrastructure. In particular, the A/C system did not work properly and resulted in the room having a temperature of 30degC during the first night. It was fixed the next day. The rest of the room was nice, with stylish deco and views of the valley. The pool was a relaxing place but the limited number of sunbeds made it difficult to find a place. On top of that certain residents used towels to hold sunbeds for hours without being there.

Mountain stay with potential

Amazing view,  excellent room and very clean,  also great hospitality!!! Everything was just perfect!!!! Thank you so much for a unique experience!!! Ideal for couples and families too!!! Can't wait to come back very soon!!!!

We visited Azanias Chalet for a couple of days and we wished to stay here for a month!
Nice location,stunning view , amazing room with fireplace!! 
Every morning the staff was bringing different kind of breakfast and every time was perfect! 
Thank you and for sure we will be back!!

Memorable relaxed 2days off!

Cozy and wonderful room with a breathtaking view of Kalavryta. Very friendly service/ owners but also very discreet. The room was very clean and tidy every single day. Breakfast served every morning fresh and with traditional flavors. We will definitely visit again. 
The only thing we regret is that it was not cold enough to use the fireplace.

Relaxation getaway

I could write a thesis about this place... Such a beautiful property, with a stunning view to Kalavryta center, great amenities. Stavroula and her husband are true ambassadors of hospitality... effortlessly cool. Milou, the dog, is the mascot of Azanias! Hands down, an amazing experience!

Amazing experience!

A beautiful quite location 4-5 minutes from the village of Kalavryta.... The Chalet was ideally located with panoramic view and a great sunset from the lounge and balcony. Very cozy and warm inside, Jacuzzi a fire place in the center of the lounge, two double sized beds in two different rooms, 2 toilets, Breakfast in room oats fresh bread cheese ham jams homemade cake filter coffee and Nespresso coffee.... 
definitely looking forward staying there again and would highly recommend 100%. So beautiful!!! I can’t find one negative thing to mention about. 

Lovely Chalet to Stay 

Lovely quiet location about 5 minutes drive above Kalavrita offering far reaching panoramic views and great sunsets from the lounge and balcony.
Apartment was reasonably well equipped although some may find the ceiling in the top floor bedroom under the roof very low.
Would have rated this Good except that the grounds and other apartments were a building site during our stay. Had we been advised in advance we would have stayed somewhere else.  I guess Booking.com was either unaware or didn't pass on the message.
