Top position, close to the centre but away from the chaos. We had a room on the seafront. Free toilet. But this is where the good things end. Old and poorly maintained environments. I didn't expect the luxury, given the price: not working cooking plan, washing in the bathroom with only hot water, very superficial cleaning. Towels have been changed 3 times, but without a criterion, in 11 days: the first 4 days no one came in to clean. Then after two days and then the day before departure. A sheet.

Can the sea view be enough?

Our room (n.2) had nothing that worked (very uncomfortable pillow and bed, toilet without shower or better it had a small washand attached to the toilet without any curtains and the result was the bathroom always flooded. The toilet got clogged up twice, and the toilet water didn't go for anything (think a little  the result ). Also, communication with the owner was very complicated as it rarely appeared.

Pessimism

Studio 3 meters from the sea. Please Owner very kind. excellent area. private beach with rocks and walkway wide room 2 balconies a view of the sea free safe deposit boxes free air conditioning.

Defective prices

We stayed the last week of August, assuming we were a wild couple the place really deserves... absolutely perfect location... the beach that stretches for a few kilometers is beautiful, clean and the sea has a beautiful bottom... in front of the hotel looks like it's in a swimming pool, smooth and sandy....we toured the whole island with a scooter 50, we thought it would be difficult but no..Mr. jhon the owner of the facility is a really kind person, available...where we left the room at 10 in the morning and left us alone until 7:30 instead....if you want a perfect holiday really detached from the everyday life come here..... note so unique are the tents of the room... so not so dark.

Sea and beach

Positive aspects: Great reception and availability of the owner, always smiling and available. Great location, near the center but out of the chaos. Private beach with free beds. Negative aspects: Cooking angle present but failing (I had chosen a studio with cooking angle and I couldn't cook). I reported several times the lights in the room not working and those remained. I asked for the cleaning of the room in the middle of the living room, I was told they would do it but nothing. The room was dirty even on arrival, dated and poorly annulated. The maintenance woman always cleans but doesn't understand English. Too bad because the structure could make more dirty!

This was our second vacation in his hotel. Rooms are clean, the location is very convenient. Beach is beautiful!
Anemos, a restaurant in the corner is a must try!

Beautiful and simple!

Instead of the 25 sq.m. studio on the 1st floor, they got the 11-12 sq.m. room on the 2nd floor, but with a gorgeous view of the sea. They didn't like the view. Only the wonderful location and location of the hotel, forgive all the shame and shame.

It's all very ambiguous.

A a returning customer to kos we have stayed in a number of different hotels and apartments. And with limited availability we ended up booking the ladikos beach apartments. This was not our fist choice but cant really fault the place. On arrival we were shown to room 17 which my wife daughter and i stayed. The room was clean and ov a good size. It had a kettle toaster and 2crig hod with all pots pans plates and cutlery to go with it. The room also had just been given a brand new fridge. So we were very hsppy with it. The location ov the apartments was brilliant right on the beach with free lougers for guests. Also the guests could use the philppos pool located just round the rear ov the building. We used this a few times during our stay and just purchased drinks from his snack bar for using his loungers. He also plays really good music which was great. I must say aswell that the ladikos owners were very helpful aswell john a dorethy. They were always close by if u needed anything and always really helpful.
I borrowed an iron off them and they also let me keep on the room for Free till we left late at night on the last evening. Normally wen i visit kos i get chsrged 20 euro for holding the room.

Overall  the ladikos beach is brilliant and would recommend if u are on a budget. I would definitely stay here again but it would maybe not be my first choice. 

Value. 

We stayed at Ladikos Beach for 2 weeks in June 2017. Our room was very simple but clean and cosy. The sea view must be one of the best in Kos! We loved eating breakfast on the balcony and gazing at the sea. Johnny and his wife are so welcoming and kind even putting up a banner to congratulate us on our wedding anniversary and leaving us a bottle of wine. We have longed for that view and can't wait to go back again. Yammas Johnny and Dorothy !

Simple but beautiful 

We came here for 3 days, we got the most budget room. The room has everything we need, air conditioning, refrigerator, even a plate for cooking! Its own little beach with free beds. The father owns a very kind and sociable family. Here too works a wonderful woman from Armenia, who speaks a little Russian. We cleaned the room often and changed the bedding and towels at every request. A small sandy beach with a stone entrance at 10 steps, and a large sandy beach with a view of the mountains 100 meters from the hotel. Very quiet and cozy. We rested with our little 2-year-old daughter. We stayed happy!
