When we finally found it (there were absolutely no signs pointing to its direction) we spent 3 nights at Akti Giannaki Studios. The studios are located at the northern end of Kardiani beach overlooking the Aegean. They have a fully equipped kitchen, maybe too big for my taste, a poorly lit bathroom and a small bedroom, all in a dubious state of cleanliness. When we entered the room, I could still see the previous guests’ bread crumbs on the kitchen table, while, judging from the ants flocking on the old sheet covering the kitchen sofa, there must have been some food there too.  The room was filled with pseudo antique objects such as an old refrigerator, an old cashier machine, the walls were covered by pseudo vintage paintings, and in any case, the place felt as if someone had just gotten rid of the stuff he didn’t need in our room.  The situation was similar at the patio, where we were stumbling on the furniture constantly. 
Having just spent some time at a great place at Paros at a 30% lower price, I conclude that Akti Giannaki Studios was a terrible choice of mine, and definitely, I wouldn’t go back there.

Great location but could be a lot cleaner

The pros: Quite friendly, family-run property. Front veranda overlooks a beautiful bay. Rooms do have a fully equipped kitchen, so could be appropriate for a family. But not for a couple on a weekend getaway. 
The cons: No signal to the studios, poorly decorated rooms, bathrooms not up to the standards, sheets do not get changed frequently, breakfast not included. 
Overall: This is very pricey for the service offered and the location. Unless you want to cook your own meals and make use of the kitchen, choosing this option is emphatically not recommended.

Very overpriced

The pictures have nothing to do with the reality. The rooms are very small very old and most of them have no view at all. Although we stayed at a small room and brought our own child bed, we were asked to pay €30 extra for the sheets, for a 2 year old child. The staff was very unfriendly after we expressed our dissatisfaction and asked them to either lower the price or give us a better room. The price of €120 for a room is very expensive for Tinos. I strongly advise families not to book here

Terrible experience

the apartments are in a very nice place on the sea looking the deep blue, nice beach, clean sheets and towels but the floor not so much. no wifi which was a problem for me. i will visit it again because it provides holidays for relax and calmness
