good hotel, at the centre of the city, close to everything, spacious rooms, basic but good breakfast, clean rooms, quiet, parking in front of the hotel, although for abt 3 cars but you can park on the road.

Great location, close to the city town and lovely shops around. Everything you need is close by: supermarket, bus stop and nice coffee places. 
For the price it’s acceptable, but not a nice hotel to stay. Only for sleep. 
Sadly, the bathroom was kind of dirty. Disgusting shower curtain and smelly toilet. 

The breakfast was fine, but of course not many choices. 

If you stay at Astron Hotel, make sure you go for a lunch or dinner at Na ‘maste. It’s a five minutes walk from the hotel and the food is delightful!

Great location across the city hall. The rooms are nice and provide all amenities (but there was a slight tobacco odor). The wifi was good (check when picking a room, the network coverage is a bit uneven). Basic buffet breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Good location

i arrived late at night and we were two people. it was fine for one night but nothing more than that. the location is very good because you can go everywhere on foot. the staff was inpolite and unfriendly excpet the housekeepers who were very smiley. the breakfast was a little bit poor. Last but not least despite the fact it was november and for sure the hotel wasnt full our room had a very dirty balcony without view. i thought we could have something better.

Traveling from the east coast of Greece to Meteora and Metsovo we stopped for a night in Karditsa. The Hotel Astron has nothing special but it is clean and just two steps from the central hall, a pedestrian area with very nice bars and lounges. Air conditioning and good wifi. A double comes for € 50. Parking is in front of the hotel. Breakfast included but we went to the oven and bar at the corner. In the evening the central area is very lively but not chaotic or noisy. The city center is pleasant even in the morning. You can find anything you need. There are convenient clothes and lots of telephone shops.

I've stayed here for a training course and I can recommend it, great location, buffet breakfast and friendly staff.

Interesting location and average

I have stayed 4-5 times at Astron City. It is a renovated hotel in the center of the city which
has kept low charges for what it offers. The staff is always helpful, the breakfast is average, the room is very tidy and warm. A very good wi-fi connection and very important for me is that I can send fax free of charge.
As for the parking, hotel has 3 parking spaces outside the hotel that many times are occupied by citizens, but in Karditsa is very easy to park. I have parked 3 times almost outside the hotel during my last 2 night stay there
The major problem of this hotel is soundproofing. 
Every time I go to Karditsa for business, I surely stay there!

Very good hotel for the city of Karditsa

It is a central hotel, renovated, with free internet. Not to mention it is tidy and with friendly staff providing all the necessary information about the area and hot town spots. Defenitely value for money
