As if the location, all the rooms with sea view, a beautiful sea, a beautiful beach and the fact that the equipped beach is adjacent to the hotel. is right in front of the hotel. All aspects that are not insignificant. That is why every year from at least ten years, with my family I repeat the stay for a couple of weeks vacation to reset.

I think it's perfect for a quiet vacation.

It's worth the 90 euros a day. Booked for a week. Escape after two days. Poor cleanliness. Poor breakfast with poor products. Suite (No. 208) with bad furniture. Mattress moles sluggish. Lock door unsecured. Handcrafted air conditioning system. Slabbrate doors. Strangers' accessible private beach. 4 star hotel? Maybe 20 years ago. Today, not a star. And by the way: masks, as required by the new hygiene rules, nonexistent.

Misery is 90 years old

We booked for a week, but we escaped after 2 days. Because the beach is very nice under the hotel but the so-called suites are bad if you pay them then 90 euros a day, you get... stomach pain. Sure they are spacious, maybe very comfortable for a family with children, but for a couple like me and my husband a hotel space must have furniture, doors, refrigerators not rusted and snacks. And above all have the feeling of clean and not the other way around. The quality of this place is then completed from the first snack...great!!!! The ham is of 3rd quality the same the cheese slices. Obviously disappointing to the maximum without the least respect for the customer. It has 4 stars from the 70s or 80s but has nothing to do with the high Italian and certainly comes a wonderful reviews of 2020.

Just a good position, nothing more.

If it was only for the old facilities,it would not be a problem!but it was everything! From the stuff behavior, to the extremely high price, and the hotel facilities that were about to collapse!!! It was by far the worst room we stayed in karustos!!! If you want to run a hotel, you should invest on it!!!you cannot expect people to give their money just because it is located near the sea!!! The breakfast was poor too. Luckily, rooms were clean! But this was the only plus...

Unacceptable behavior and facilities

We just ran away from this hotel. I have to say that the management came to meet us and didn't take money for our reservations. That's their respect. But the hotel really leaves to wish for the best. Everything is very old. A crowded building, a natural parking lot, dark uncomfortable rooms, a balcony on the 1st floor without a ramp (common), air conditioning badly working, noisy. We had a broken balcony door, we couldn't get out of the room because anyone could come in. It was done for two hours! The view was on the roof. For the same money you can find beautiful apartments or another newer hotel. It was like this owner's apartment wasn't being put in and taken out of it afterwards. We talked about it for a very long time, but there was no refrigerator, and then they were all out of order.

Bad memories

Undoubtedly the best hotel in Karystos, with a private beach attached to it, swimming pool, large rooms all with a view on the sea and all the facilities needed. Very good restaurant and bar and super kind and available staff. 

Number 1 in Karystos

Relaxation and tranquility, excellent services, kind and courteous staff, excellent food, table service, spacious rooms. Beach with umbrellas and drawers included, in a sheltered bay. Fantastic sea. Recommended.

Greece

The rooms have not changed in years... a small renovation would be welcome. However they are spacious and the hotel is ideally located!! The staff is friendly and available. Ps. A paradise for children.

A small week in Karystos

Ideal for families: The beach is right on the front of the hotel, no need to take car, there is no road inbetween. There is also a small pool (if you are a pool lover who cannot live without a pool). The hotel is in a walking distance from town center. The rooms are a bit old, but they are cool and spacious (two-bedroom appartments), with two bathrooms and a sea view. The breakfast is satisfying. In overall, do not expect luxury. Expect comfort.

Comfortable family stay - Nice beach

We loved our spacious and well appointed rooms. The decor was modern and stylish. Breakfast was very good and prepared daily by the extremely friendly staff. I wish we could have stayed longer.  

The hotel owner personally greets guests and frequently check in their satisfaction.
