Good value for money

It's a very nice location given the proximity to the beach of Agios Nicolas. Spyros, the owner, is very nice and always available. From the studios on the second floor you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms have a very simple furnishing and their weak point is definitely the fixtures and the faucet is a bit dated.

The price ratio is right. Clean big two rooms bungalows with kitchen... with green space... perfect for the family. The owner was very friendly and helpful...brought us fresh fruit from the garden every day.

Very happy family

We were here for 2 weeks and had a nice and quite big apartment. It was for 2/4 persons but we were with 2 persons. 
Every day they clean it and the beach is down the road. And it’s nice with all the trees and flowers around the buildings. 

Nice place to stay

A group of studios very close to the beach of Agios Nikolaos. Essential but complete furnishings. Location among trees and flowering plants. Parking on site. There is also an open-air kind of common room-library with beautiful sea views. Spiros the owner is always available and very kind as discreetly as possible.

It's a great holiday.

I stayed for a week and I must say right away that Manolis, the owner, was always very kind and available on everything we needed. The location of the property is 50 meters or a little more from the beautiful sandy beach of agios nicolas ideal for young people as it has a tavern that offers appetizers at sunset. the bungalows are furnished in a simple but very spacious and really clean way. I could have given the highest score but the except in the title is about the fact that in the bedroom despite the open windows you couldn't breathe; it's a shame to have to activate the air conditioning even here on vacation after we're now working under split. So dear Manolis would only need a few simple pallet votes to clean the room and the same compliments would be the maximum anyway!!

Everything is perfect except...

I've been there with my family (2 little daughters 2 and 6) and we've been treated like relatives
our little ladies were continuously cared by the hotels staff, as they were part of the family
we received a number of unrequested favours and we felt very sorry to leave
the place is wonderful, 50m from the beach in the middle of an incredibly cared garden

amazing kindness

A wide place with very good two-rooms appartments. Opposite of our appartment  an Italian club-hotel: untill midnight a lot of noise! The best beach of Karpathos is 200mtrs walk. People are nice and friendly, there is always someone around to help you. We had a car for three weeks needed for my wife for a good price. Our wifi was perfect. the router was 5 meter away from the appartment

A nice plave to be

These studios/rooms are quite pleasant and offer a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious with their own balcony and essential furnishings. Leave a little to wish for the quality and consistency of the faucet of the toilets. For the rest the premises are clean and you can quietly spend a few nights to take wonderful baths and sunbathe on the nearby beach.

Acceptable studios and rooms

the place is close to a great beach, and placed in the charming village of Arkasa (which is algo close to the airport), but it was a bit confusing to confirm the reservation and to find the staff when needed. Room was ok (not bad, not good), but the wifi was really lousy...
