We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Nikos Studios. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view is the best in Lefkos, and directly across the road is the golden sand beach. The sound of th e waves will lull you to sleep every night. Maria and Nikos are warm and generous hosts and cannot wait to visit again! Highly recommended!

Perfect Location! Perfect Studios!

The rooms are very simple and the shower can be packed with a curtain or a shower wall at least. Cleanliness is good, but the view and the proximity to the beach weighs a lot. The rental couple is very friendly, which unfortunately cannot be claimed about the daughter. The daughter comes across unfriendly and unfriendly, and family disputes in this regard disturb the holiday mood for the guest as well.

Easy studios near the beach

I booked a triple room in this structure enchanted by the pictures on the site that show mainly the sea view of the rooms, but NOT the corner of the kitchen and bathroom. The corner of the kitchen of our room was shameful: an old furniture-washing room with the tile leaning on it and the rusty faucet, a plate, insufficient accommodation. The Spartan bathroom, which can also go, but obviously poorly maintained since during our stay it was clogged. The cleaning was not adequate: they just refurbished the beds, could wash the bathroom sink and wipe with a scrub.

Disappointment

This studio comes with a big living room/kitchen/ bedroom with capacity of 3 people and a small bathroom. Additionally there is a an air-conditioned, a small fridge and a cooking area with two plates. Everything is clean enough. The location is in the heart of kato lefkos with about 1 minute to the closest of the 3 beaches of kato lefkos. However it's a bit more noisy here due to traffic and the fact that's in the middle of town. 
The owners are very friendly and own a small café/snack bar directly nearby.

We stayed here for 14 days. We are a family of three with a 5-year-old girl and they gave us a two-bedroom for 60 euros a night. Great price and great location by the sea. You can't ask for better, but it ends here. It's all worth checking out, because the structure is poorly maintained.

Only the price and the location

We spent 15 days with my family, the place and the view is beautiful, it's right on the most wind-sheltered beach in lefkos. the price is good, the only drawback I think is that the premises should be refurbished, they have a bit of dated furniture and air conditioning, say it wouldn't work because of the almost continuous wind, it exists but paying for it 5 euros a day seems a bit excessive to me.

Exceptional quality/price ratio, a single room overlooking a stunning sea, and Maria, the owner, knowing of my birthday, has given me a beautiful sea canvas.

The sea inside the house

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two weeks in July 2018. The room is very spacious as well as the bathroom. The cleaning and the change of sheets/towels are carried out every day. The gentle owners, do not speak Italian and know little English. To try the Flisvos snack bar run by the lady...limonata, greek salad and lokoumades are delicious.

It's perfect.

Six studios at relatively affordable prices for two to four people each right on the sandy beach - the 'Baby Beach' - of Kato Lefkos, separated only by the clear street from the rented beds and umbrellas. The snack bar Flisvos right by the house belongs to this. Very nice tenant family around Nikos, which also offers fresh vegetables from its garden. (secret) tip: Mediterranean omelette. Room simple but at the same time purposeful. Everything picobello clean. Air conditioning. Shower in the large bathroom simple, but warm and pressurized with new shower. Kitchen upstairs trim minimal. WiFi not fast, but for simple applications. The view from the balcony is phenomenal after all southern areas.

For a simple beach vacation, the blast!

Right on the sea, you sleep on the waves, you eat and have breakfast practically on the sea. But that's not the only positive thing. Meanwhile when we arrived the owner, very kind, who also runs the nearby bar and the umbrellas under the house, offered us the best fresh lemonade we've ever tasted! Made with lemon, lime and mint leaves. He brought us up and...meraviglia perfectly clean...house, a mirror, equipped with virtually everything: very new air conditioner (as opposed to the bed in other reviews, they have now), very comfortable closet with hardwood drawers, blue umbrellas in the basement, there was a greasy electric bar to add to the bed (as opposite to the bed, and often not attached to the flower beds... maybe they've been written in a perfectly perfect day) and two perfect waves, a perfect mirror, equipped with everything: a very new air conditioner (as opposed to the bed, they have now entered), a very convenient cabinet with hardwood drawers, in the basement, there was a greasy
