The apartment was very clean. It is cleaned every day. Bed linen and towels are changed every few days, and if necessary, they can be changed earlier. Everyone is very friendly. The location could not be better than it is, a few minutes to the beach and right next to the app there are markets, bakery, confectionery, restaurants... We are very satisfied. This is the second time we spend the summer in the same place

Great location, staff and rooms. All you need is just nearby. Staff is very friendly and help to solve all issues even not related to hotel (i.e. find good parking).
We would definitely stay there again if travelling to Pefkohori,

Great place for family stay

We’ve booked at Kripis Studios in Peukohori for three nights. The studio is perfectly located in the heart of Peukohori, nearby you can find anything you need. Restaurants, bakery, bars and of course beach for swimming. Our host Avraam was very kind and helpful. Air conditioning, tv and WiFi all worked well during our stay. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice balcony and a safe. 
Only three small remarks for details that need to be fixed:
1. One out of two balcony doors wouldn’t lock(balcony was accessible by foot - so we always had to shut the shutters to keep the studio locked when away)
2. Shower cabin had a broken door knob
3. Toilet seat was in a bad condition and needed replacement

Very nice studio, central location and kind host

Family with 2 kids (from Roumania). Were booked in apartment no. 2, with split level. I didn't take pictures of the room because the photos on Kripis site corespond with reality. 

The location is very good. It's in the center of Pefkohori, surrounded by restaurants, stores, market, etc. A little bit loud in the evening, but it's OK. Close to the beach, like 50 m. (The beach has sand but at the entrance in water has pebbles). 

The room is spacious , clean, the kitchen has all you need. The furniture is new. Downstairs is a double bed, upstairs there are 2 single beds. The bathroom is not too big but it's enough. The balcony of this room is big, with street view. The room has air conditioning, mosquitoes net, TV with Netflix. 
 They clean the room everyday, and change the towels only if you let them on the green chair in the bathroom.

Breakfast it's OK. It's the same everyday but this won't be a problem. Take a plate from your room, choose what you want to eat, go to your room and enjoy the breakfast  on your balcony :) 

Kripis Hotel don't have a parking space close to the hotel. You park anywhere you find a place, but be careful. 
Anyhow, Kripis has arranged a private parking lot, with fence and light. But you have to know that it's far away from the hotel,like 800 m. We were the only ones from hotel that park there for few days. :) I try to attach photos with the parking. 

The sttuf, Eleni and Alex are very friendly. They will help you whenever you need. 
I corresponded by mail with Olga. Everytime I asked for any informations or had some problems, she answered me back in short time. She really is doing her job and I tell you that I haven't seen this great attitude at other places and hotels.

Very good 

The hotel is close to the beach and the waterfront, very well maintained, we were even allowed to print the boarding passes at the reception on the day we left, clean clothes and towels, a large room with a terrace with a dryer, good air conditioning and a refrigerator.

It's wonderful.

We spent almost a week in September in an apartment of the Kripis Studios. We had a great apartment at the back of the house with a large balcony. The apartment was larger than enough for 2 people and consisted basically of 2 rooms (sleeper room with large double bed) sufficient accommodation for clothing in a closet. Also in this room there was a nice desk. In the comfortable living room there would still be sleeping facilities (built) for 3 people. Here was also a kitchen and a large bathroom. Everything was very good and very clean.

Very good apartments near the sea, about 50 meters and you are on the beach. The rooms are clean, clean every day, and there are cookies and coffee capsules every day. The room is for 4 and even 5 people. but it will be comfortable for 4 people. Everything works fine, and they also provide an umbrella for the beach. The apartments themselves are right in the middle of the beach. and right next to there is a good piece of beach with a great entrance to the sea and then sand at the bottom. This place is also free to come and go and lie on the couches. The conditions here are good 15 euros for two beds and two drinks in the gift shop. There is a little less than 10 euros for a bed and two supermarkets so that you don't have to go anywhere else. There is always a supermarket where you have to go for a lot of food and drinks, and you need to go and eat a lot more than 20 euros.

Nice apartments by the sea!

Excellent host, great room! Nice balcony, Super clean! Big and nice place, two floor! Great and friendly stuff! The only thing was about the parking place that was some kind of away, but anyway i would suggest the place!

Great room

The kitchen had everything necessary to prepare the food (including a coffee maker and a toaster). New furniture, daily cleaning, welcoming and friendly staff, fast WiFi. Very few liked a huge balcony with several tables for large companies, which was relevant for us, as friends who came to rest nearby. The apartments had a few TV channels, but it was probably not the only way to watch a good TV in the park.
