Friendly staff and clean rooms with little traces of use on doors and furniture, compensated for by the generous balcony with the priceless panoramic view of the lake and the mountains! (We had room No. 306) We felt very well!

Very comfortable room at an interesting price. Elevator. Excellent cafeteria on the ground floor. Quiet by the lake, vast nature reserve on the shore opposite to the city. welcoming staff, helpful. Tourist documentation available. easy parking. We reach the heart of the city to the rich past a pedestrian alley that runs along the shore where a wide variety of birds (pelicans, cormorants...) descend to reach a long esplanade rich in bars, restaurants and leather and fur shops.

Here everything is just right: the small hotel is located on the lake opposite Kastoria and yet only a few minutes walk from the trendy cafes on the banks of Kastoria; no parking problems and a very friendly service awaited us. The rooms are tastefully furnished and from our Superior double room with sea view we had - even from the bed - a wonderful view of the lake (with its geese, dunes and pelicans) on Kastoria with the changing color game at sunrise and sunset. In the tavern right next door we had an excellent dinner (see selected reviews).

Tastefully decorated, superb view, friendly service

Very nice, clean and tidy hotel. The lift is a plus. The stuff is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast will just do you good to recover energy and start the day. The location is just great to begin by the lake walk.

____________________ THE GEOGRAPHIC SITUATION ---------- The hotel is located in Kastoria but not in the city center, a little out of the way in the reception room which is also a bar. And given that the bar is closed at night, the reception is also convenient and you will have to walk through the few kilometers before you get to the heart of the old hotel. ____________________ The hotel and the hotel ------------------ The hotel is in a very modern style with very colourful colors. And given that the bar is closed at night, the reception is also convenient and you will have to walk through the doors of the secondary entrance, as well as a small bar. A large elevated terrace at the entrance to the lake.

In the average high price level but excellent performance and great view!

On our road trip in north Greece, it was a little risky not booking ahead during peak season, but we were lucky to be offered a suite for our one night stay upon calling last minute.
The location is brilliant and in front of the lake, near Lidl supermarket and also next door to one of the top tavernas (Allotino). It is on the main Street however it's not as noisy as you think.
We stayed in room 410, the accomation was nothing short of 5 stars, especially considering the price we paid during peak season. The whole suite was lovely, clean and the balcony had stunning views of both the mountains/town and lake. There were also two complimentary mini bottles of red & white wine. The bathroom was clean, modern & the bathtub had a jetted whirlpool jacuzzi and lovely toiletries. The shower head didn't have very high pressure but it wasn't an issue.
The suite was fully equipped with large TV, DVD player and free wifi.
The breakfast buffet was good but lacking in hot food offerings. There were plenty of breads, homemade pies, boiled eggs, cereals, croissants...
All in all, a fantastic stay in a great location, would definitely return!

Great value & Boutique at its best

The accomodation is nothing short of 5 star excellence. Close to the centre of town and the most wonderful views of the town.  We stayed in room 410 with views of the lake and town. We initially booked a suite with views of the mountain but upon arrival we opted to pay the extra for the lake views which are second to none.  A very big thank you to our host Vasilis for looking after us.....

Sheer excellence and best value for money....

Probably the best choice in Kastoria. A bit noisy due to located next to an important street, but the traffic is not too heavy. Marvellous view on to the lake. Attentive and friendly staff. Good homemade breakfast.
The room was very clean and showed excellent value for money. Towels were changed on a daily basis. Maybe not too eco-friendly, but attentive.
The city centre is a short walk away and for lazy evening, there is an excellent tavern right next to the hotel.
In total: highly recommendable place and I will come again.

Excellent stay

Excellent location, great view (we stay at No 307, it is amazing room), i love it!! Good breakfast, not plentiful but with delicious pies (salty and sweet), only problem the coffee, it has only one type (french press). The stuff was really helpful.
