Special thanks to the blond receptionist who checked in me on the 4th of sept from rainbow Tours. Really nice stay: hotel has three parts main beach, garden and located towards to sea, anex building room was renowated and nice looking.

Horror room located at 300m of the beach on the other side of national road, outdated furniture, no housekeeping, very poor breakfast, beach small and ugly, rude staff.  1 star hotel from another century.

Avoid!

We stayed for a week and no complains (family of 4). The accomodations contained of 2 bedrooms, modern bathroom, aircon in each room, TV and a small fridge. Small terrase at the back. We were locaited in the middle of the main hotel complex (half way to the reception and half way to the restaurant).
Food was ok, only not much of a variety for the kids. Yes, ques for the food did sometimes happen, but we never waited longer than a minute. 
Location perfect! The beach was great, ideal for kids. When red flag for the wind and rip current, 100m left from the hotel is an area marked with a blue flag, where the shallow water breaks the waves and the life guards allowed us to go and enjoy the waves. Great fun!! 
The hotel overall was very clean and well organized. As for the cleaning room servise, you are told by your arrival to note the receptionist a day ahead, when you want your room cleaned. She writes it down in a calendar... so if you wish your room having cleaned daily, just ask for everyday servis and deal done.
Staff very friendly and helpful! We asked for a late check out (night flight awaiting us) and as it wasn't possible to stay in our room, we were given a different one and not charged for it... (in other hotel across the road, but still! very glad for it)
To sum it up, we loved our stay, and what we got was relevant to what we paid for.

We spent in Kavros Beach 10 days on July 2022, family 2+2,all inclusive.

Unfortunately we we were located not in the main building (room 9xx). The room standard was below our expectations, definitely not worth 3 stars. The bathroom in the horrible condition; the refrigerator was old, covered with rust. The aircon unit was dirty. Some sheets had stains. The walls were so thin that you could hear your neighbours, every single word.To be clear, we knew when booking the holiday that there are two types of rooms in this hotel:standard and economy ones, so we made sure that we paid for the standard one and this is what we had on our hotel voucher. If this room is a standard one I do not want to know how the economy ones look like.
We tried to change our room and wanted to be relocated to the main building. We reached our holiday representative and asked for the assistance. He wasn’t very helpful at first, but then he agreed with the hotel manager that they will change our room in 3 days. After 3 days we went to the reception desk and asked for the promised room change. The hotel manager was very rude, she asked why we do not like our room, what is wrong with it. We said that it is not what we paid for and we do not want to start the discussion again, as it was agreed 3 days ago they we will get new room. She started yelling at us that they are full and they do not have any free rooms. Moreover she suggested that if we do not like the standard of their hotel we should stay at Hilton. Congratulations on your customer service, Kavros Beach.
-Food
Very limited range of food. In the first days of our stay there was a buffet, but you showed the meal you wanted and the staff was serving it. It caused a big queues in the food court but It has changed during our stay and it was a self service later. The beverages (Coke,Sprite,Fanta) were diluted with water, the same with the beer. No alcohol drinks in the all inclusive option. The house wine offered was the best option. Coffee available only during breakfast and in the afternoon for 3 hours. The sandwiches offered between breakfast and lunch were the worst. Stale bread with no spread, with ham and cheese left from the breakfast. Poor variety of fruits, mainly oranges, sometimes watermelon. The hotel offers very poor option for vegans or vegetarians. There were no french fries or pancakes for children. I understand that it is 3star hotel but we stayed in the 3stars hotels in Greece and other European countries before and comparing to them the food in Kavros was the worst and very limited choice.
The last but not least is the availability of the sunbeds at the beach and the pool area. I do not know when people reserved them but before 8am there were only a few single beds available. Of course during the day most sunbeds were empty, only covered with towels.
Generally, we had the impression that the hotel has a great potential, but it is very poorly managed.

Not worth 3 stars

Nice hotel and best animation team thansk for all :) we will definitely stop there again with my girlfriend,even the bartenders were always super willing to provide what was needed everything was great, thank you again

Nice hotel and perfect animation team

In fact we were there on August 2020. Wonderful location, beautyful Garden, nice staff (especially Diyan Giannis 😉💪) and good place to start trips around whole island. Close to wonderful Kournas Lake.

The food was varied - although there were not too many guests at the hotel at that time.
Room okay - nice and clean.
The proximity to the beach and the sea as well as beautiful views of the surrounding area deserve a plus.
The animator, Smith, deserves praise. Despite the small number of guests, he tried to make our time as great as possible and he did it at 100%. Morning stretching, aqua-zumba, darts, water-polo, ping-pong and various evening animations made our time pleasant.
To sum up - the time spent in this hotel is very successful.

Best holiday

Our one-week vacation was a quick shot from travel agency.
The hotel is very nice and intimate and has its own atmosphere.
The food was tasty and varied - although there were not too many guests at the hotel at that time.
Room okay - clean.
The proximity to the beach and the sea as well as beautiful views of the surrounding area deserve a plus.
The animator, Smith, deserves praise. Despite the small number of guests, he tried to make our time as great as possible and he did it at 100%. Morning stretching, aqua-zumba, darts, water-polo, ping-pong and various evening animations made our time pleasant.

The hotel is very nice and intimate and has its own atmosphere.
The food was tasty and varied - although there were not too many guests at the hotel at that time.

The animator, Mr. Smith, deserves praise. Despite the small number of guests, he tried to make our time as pleasant as possible and he did it at 100%. Morning stretching, aqua-zumba, darts, water-polo, ping-pong and various evening animations made our time pleasant.

A nice holiday in a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.

This Hotel is not worth not even 1*
-  the room was not clean when we arrived and for 7 days they didn’t clean it, didn’t changed the sheet, one pillow had a stain, the towels were dirty
- the sink faucet was rusty
-  you could brarely wash because the water flowed very hard
- the AC had a very bad smell
- wifi didn’t Work most of the time
- the door opened hard
- the cleaning lady didn’t take the garbage unless you ask for it
- the same breakfast every day and it was very poor
- the coffee was not good
