The best breakfast we've had in Otzias. Lovely music, great food, super friendly waiter. Fresh pastries, lovely fresh yogurt with fruit, shade, views of the sea. Highly recommended for morning and evenings, especially with the sunset. It's quite basic and good value, but don't let that put you off. Also they lend you free sundowners for the day on the beach if you buy anything here

A must stop off in Otzias

Stayed here for a little work/holiday getaway in early June for 5 nights, and it was one of the loveliest holidays I have had. Absolutely LOVE this place, and even more so, the wonderful communication and best service from our hosts, the lovely owners of the place. Beautiful surroundings, with gorgeous well-appointed studios, and rustic touches of bright sun-baked colours, with the beach and sea a mere 100 metres away. The little cafe/bar kept me happily supplied with cold iced coffees throughout, and with gorgeous simple Mediterranean meals. A taverna/restaurant is only 3 mins walk away. I felt very much at home here, very comfortable and really enjoyed the quiet and wonderful surroundings. If you're looking for a party place, this is not for you - it is, however, a place of wonder, peace, great beauty and immense relaxation, for taking nice long walks, swimming, eating, spending time with loved ones, reading etc. I stayed in a cute studio with a loft 'bedroom' and I absolutely love the rustic design of the rooms. The shower was powerful!- and there is a little kitchenette with basic cutlery and pots, a kettle and a fridge. I really enjoyed my morning routine of making a cup of Greek coffee, and with a tub of Greek yogurt, sitting in the gentle morning sunshine at the table and chair in front of the studio. What a great start to a day! Or take a taxi to the capital of the island in the old town of Ioulida, and if you fancy watching yachts in a marina, with bright fairy lights twinkling by the sea, have a drink at one of the chic bars in Vourkari. Well-placed resort with easy transportation by taxi to the port where you will also find cute little cafes and touristy craft shops. Much gratitude to the wonderful hosts, Nikos and Augustinos for making my stay a wonderful one - nothing beats warm and sunny Mediterranean hospitality. I was very sad to leave, but I left with the most wonderful memories, and cannot wait to return the following year. Thank you, Cavo Perlevos Studios!

Best holiday getaway EVER

The place is ideal for families! A few metres away from the beach, in a nice garden with trees and plants, offering a playground, a mini soccer court, even beds for the beach for free!!!! The lady who cleaned the room every day was really nice as well as the owners of the complex. Totally value for money in an expensive, but absolutely lovely, island. We have already suggested it to friends with small kids!

We had a lovely time!!!!

The stay was expensive for what we got. We had two rooms for 140€ per night off-season, 3 short beds per room. Highlights: location near the beach, responsive management, cafè at the reception, sun beds to take to the beach, inside playground for kids (early morning only due to no sun protection). Downs: deteriorating premises (mosquitoes screens, woodwork (rotting beams(!)), plumbing (smell & some taps). Sometimes it felt like a mediocre air-bnb rather than an organised bungalow village (kitchenette equipment mosaic, mosquito screens stuck with scotchtape). Overall, it was a cute week, still not “an experience”. Like running with a pair of shoes, slightly larger. They try, but I guess the crisis has hit them too, and the original build work was faulty enough to warrant frequent repairs.

Absolutely loved Cavo Perlevos, and Kea.I think it was our favourite place to stay, during our Greek island hopping trip. When we arrived off the ferry at about midnight, Nikos was waiting for us, and drove us out to the hotel. 
Our room wasn't the one we had booked, but we didn't mind because they all look beautiful, and I think we got the biggest terrace , open at both ends, so we got the sun as it moved round. 
There are only about half a dozen rooms,( apartments),and they are all built in beautiful natural stone, and all facing the sea, although some of the shrubs hide the view a bit. 
We absolutely loved staying here. Nikos and his son were so helpful and friendly. Nikos gave us a lift into town to get groceries etc. He is such a genuinely lovely man. 
This hotel is situated in a lovely calm bay, and when we were there in May, it was totally quiet, and so peaceful.
We just didn't want to leave, and in fact, stayed two days more than we had planned , owing to the Greek ferries strike. 
The beach is lined with trees, and there are little seats at intervals, and shades. Nikos allowed us to take sun beds from the apartments ( free of charge) down to the beach any day we wanted.
There is a lovely little church at the end of the bay,  We discovered that the bus into Otziaz stops right at the apartments. 
It's lovely to go into the town, and look at the yachts lining the harbour also. There are some tavernas within walking distance.

Superb place to get away from it all! Brilliant! Didn't want to leave!

We stay there for 8 days.The position is very good if you have children because is near to the otzia beach and has playground available for kids.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room is big enough for a couple and a playpen.

Very cosy place for relax

Beautiful place to stay for several days, and not like most people that select Kea for just one weekend as the trip lasts almost one hour by the normal ferry from Lavrio port. Nice garden surrounding with coffee area, small bar, children playground and football space. Light happy colors and fully equiped for self catering needs. Very friendly and helpful owners always smiling and willing to provide additional information or extra services. Location almost on the sandy beach of Otzias and very close to visit Spathi, Gialiskari, Vourkari, Korissia, Xyla, and Ioulis core town. When north winds appear you better drive to Koundouros area but this is almost 40 min. Tasty delicious food in most local taverns. Logical accommodation price for families with max4 members. Definitely worth to revisit.
