We have stayed in this area several times and was absolutely amazed to find this fantastic villa.  It has the most amazing views over the sea, beautiful unspoilt location, access to the whole of Xi beach and stop distance to luxurious.
The apartment was so well equipped and very spacious with an enormous balcony.
It is also so peaceful and quiet despite being near to other attractions.
Spyros and his mother are extremely attentive and only too happy to help you and make your visit memorable.

Fantastic apartments

Agnanti is a hidden gem of a vacation destination for the whole family. The Villa is built on top of one of the most beautiful locations in Cephalonia - Xi. The quiet, clean beach with the therapeutic green clay is within walking distance. The rooms are super clean, with a  fully equipped kitchenette, and offer amazing views. The owner, Mrs.Yiota , has made sure that her guests want for nothing and has created an incredibly serene, peaceful environment to rejuvenate body and soul. Pets are welcome and the guardian dog Frida is a bundle of joy and a loyal member of the family.Staying at Agnanti was an unforgettable experience and we will definitely be back there soon!

Amazing Experience!

Agnanti is just the perfect place to spend your holidays and nights.... Very nice location only 5 minutes from Xi beach. The rooms are always clean and refreshing, thanks to a lovely lady Giwta!  Also the other owner Spiros is so friendly and helpful!  Absolutely recommended! 

Total perfect! 

Very nice location,  5 mi utes from xi beach,  a red sand beatiful one.  Sea is calm and perfect for kids.  The flar is pretty new and well equipped,  the owners are really kind and friendly.  Rates are reasonably low
