This is a lovely little family run apartments. The couple who own the property are so proud of there establishment constantly sweeping outdoors and keeping there well kept gardens lovely.Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Balcony area was lovely with lovely views. The bathroom is one of the best I have ever had even in 4 star hotels.A double shower and very modern.The bedroom big comfy double bed lots of wardrobes and drawers. The accommodation had everything you needed in the kitchenette and more.Had free WiFi and air conditioning  and decent sized TV which was included no having to pay for the remote to use all in all was more than we expected for the price we paid .Just wish more availability was available as a proper geek hospitality and most definitely be back.So thank you for a lovely week.

Amazing family accommodation

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and hospitality. 
The rooms were clean, and nice, we had everything we needed.
The only minus was that the apartments are located on a small hill. You have to climb a little bit to get to the apartment.

We had a great time

The apartments are well maintained and furnished with all the comforts, the location is ideal for visiting the island. The TV has few channels but on vacation who cares? The owners are very available and friendly. The cleaning always on time and well done. Bedroom and bathroom better than a five star.

I couldn't fault kappatos apartments.  This was just the most pleasant stay.  The owners Ioannis  and his parents were so lovely and helpful.  The place was spotlessly clean, bed super comfortable and bathroom really modern with great shower and hot water.  Kitchen was really well equipped so I cooked most evenings.  The balcony was large enough for me to do yoga and had table and chairs and place to dry washing.  Beautiful views of sunset overlooking sea.  A ten minute stroll to Markris beach or shops in Lassi.  The property had lovely grounds and another balcony at the front to sit and enjoy sunrise.  I couldn't fault my stay at kappatos and am definitely booking again.  It was incredibly good value as well and far better priced than anywhere else I've stayed in Kefalonia. ❤️

A weeks holiday to relax 

really lovely apartment . two bedroom .. small kitchenette. smart bathroom with rain style shower and hand shower . great power 
very clean and great hosts.  
air con is free WiFi is free.and there's a tv..there is a small  hill but its nothing ..and from here  you can walk to agrostoli over the back way no problem. 
the apartment had recently been upgraded and the bathroom is too dollar . I would recommend anyone to come here . 

holiday delight

The hospitality, courtesy and availability are at home, yannis is great!! He came to pick us up on arrival and helped us a lot in a particular situation by gently taking us to Fiskardo where we had the ferry, but there were no means to get there, just a good person.

Exceptional Greek hospitality

The hotel is in a good, quiet  location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops.  The hostess was welcoming and happy to help.  We stayed on the top floor.  There are 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and one twin room.  There is an adequately equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower with plenty of hot water.  The rooms are basic but clean and have airconditioning and a balcony with table and chairs and a sun shade, free wifi and a beach umbrella to take out.  Good value for money!

Great location in Lassi

I was travelling alone and expected a Studio Apartment, but arrived to find a clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen area containing a fridge and cooking facilities.A nice Seaview from the balcony .A bit of a hike to the Beach ..especially returning as up a steep hill...but only halfway up the hill unlike some apartments!..The owners are friendly but completely unobtrusive ...(they live on site) They gave me a lift to the Airport when returning home , they appear to do that for all their guests.

Great value for Money!

The taxi we called from Fanari to Lassi, took 10€ to procure yes and no 4 kilometers, once again, they did not prove themselves quite economical. In any case, when they arrived, we were greeted by the father of the owner of the apartment (Ioannis, who works at the airport of Cefalonia). A very simple gentleman, who speaks a mixed language of Spanish, Greek, English, but very little Italian. In any case, it was very nice and made us feel right at home.

A few small flaws don't make this place a real candy store.

This summer we were in Lassi, Kappatos app. We stayed in studio on ground floor, we were satisfied with our accomodation, the room was good and clean, and the kitchen was well equipmened. The balcony is not detached from the next one, but our neighbor haven't used the balcony so often, so it was ok. The location of the Kappatos appartments is good, near the main road, we used the car almost every day (like on every island), but two days we were going on local beaches by foot. In total, Kappatos appartments were more then we expected, and the price was really good. Greetings for hostages!
