We stayed for 8nights in early August 2017. The staff is friendly and ready to assist with anything you may need. It is a typical Greek style building, simple but a bit outdated.
The room and bathroom were both super clean

Value for money, clean and friendly staff!

It looked like they were back in the 70s, the friendly staff, but almost never on site, probably because it was still early in the season.

Accommodation from other times

For one night it's fine. The price is very cheap. We made the night to catch the first ferry to the mainland in the morning. They agreed to have breakfast early at 7.30 (before the scheduled time) so as not to miss the breakfast included and to be able to reach the ferry, which is a great detail. The breakfast is fair but at the price paid you can't ask for anything more. With air conditioning, fridge, balcony. No parking but it's relatively easy to park.

Stayed here for three weeks.  Very good value.  We have always stayed here and could not fault it.  The owner Makis and his family are family to us also and nothing is too much trouble for them.  Their pool area is fabulous and cannot be faulted and his food there is always very very good and cannot be faulted.  If you want a really true Greek holiday, you would have one here.

Our room, as indicated on the booking, was equipped with refrigerator and air conditioning, with a small balcony. The village is very small so the hotel remains very close to the supermarket and other services as well as the sea. The only drawback: despite the wifi, our room took really little. Apart from this, the room was clean and in 5 days they always came to clean by changing the saunas once; the managers proved very kind and available, you can pay with credit card but only with the manual machine, very vintage;)

It's all right!

Good location at the entrance to the village of Poros (arriving from Sami) near restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Not too far from the port, where you can find other restaurants. The hotel is very nice, the rooms a little small and with the bathroom in Greek but nice and clean. Change of sheets and towels every 3 days. WiFi connection a little ballerine but on holiday is not a problem! Very cheap, in high season we spent 170€ for 5 days. Noted only a little noisy the rooms facing the main road, very busy at any hour of the day and night!

Good location, good price ratio.

Stayed just one night, very cheap to stay with breakfast included. Rooms are tired and the place does need updating, but clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast was excellent, so thank you. We will recommend, hard to beat value.

Cheap and good breakfast

I have stayed at this hotel many times over a period of 26 years,as well as some of Makis other apartments,and with hand on heart,i can honestly say,i wouldnt want to stay anywhere else.
Makis and his family are as much like family to me as my own family are( ACTUALLY THEY ARE BETTER LOL).
Havnt been for a few years now,but i i will be joining them again soon. kevin tyrrell.

we stayed with makis and his family in poros. his pool bar is amazing as is his food.amazing views and a peaceful and relaxing holiday.he picks you up from the airport and his apartments are well equipped.on average 155 pound each person bed breakfast and 3 course evening meal

When we arrived around 5pm there was no one, only when other guests arrived who called from under a window the mistress looked out, she was obviously in bed, a little spacious room, very small bathroom.
