The room does not look like the pictures on the website. The bathroom was extremely small, and the decor of the room is obsolete. 
The breakfast included in the room price, the same every day, was poor, and when we opted for another breakfast we had to pay for it in full, additionally

Disappointing

We arrived late in the day so keys were left in the door of our apartment. This is no reception here, however Alex our host was very communicative via WhatsApp before during and after our stay.

Alex was a super host, providing us with anything we needed. We arrived not knowing a vehicle of some sort was needed in kefalonia and due to the time of year, available rentals were few and far between. However, one mention to Alex and he was straight on the case, finding us a great deal at a good price with in 20mins. He even arrange for the vehicle to be dropped to the apartments for us.

Alex also provided us with an in depth itinerary for our week stay, with recommendations of restaurants and sights to see. We stayed in the mountain veiw apartment, which was nice but the veiw wasnt the greatest, more of a car park veiw than mountain. However Alex kindly offered us a sea veiw room that was available for our last couple nights at no extra charge. He really is an exceptional host. 

Now for his dad, stavros. Such a kind man, and amazing chef. We unfortunately only ate at diana studios on our last day. This was a mistake as it was one of the best meals we had on our stay. 

We will 100% be returning and will be returning with friends. 

Thank you Alex, Stavros and the entire family for making our holiday so so much better.

Fantastic host and beautiful place

What a gorgeous location, with mountains and seas. The local beach is perfect and the resort facilities are excellent. 

However, the best part is the lovely family who own the studios - thank you for making things so enjoyable! We were all set up with supplies after our delayed flight, arriving in a lovely clean room. We had a lift to the supermarket and a very tasty mousaka - nothing was too much hassle for Alex; he made sure we were prepared for everything!  Trips to the beach, with umbrellas and towels, car hire, drinks… the list goes on! 

A great place to stay and one we’ll remember.

Best in Kefalonia....

I would highly recommend these apartments .  Alex and his family are fantastic hosts ,  They couldn’t do enough for us , so kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful set on the hills, the rooms are clean, the bed is as comfy as my own back at home , the rooms are cleaned regularly and clean towels … the pool and pool area are kept to a high standard also.  We throughly enjoyed our stay here.

10/10 accommodation and hosts

We travelled to Trapezaki for a relaxing holiday and were so impressed with Diana Studios. 

We arrived early but our room was ready and Alex was around to show us to it. He gave us loads of information via WhatsApp about the best places to go and was easily contactable if we needed him.

We didn't have a car (a must if you don't fancy hiking up the hill because it's difficult to explore by foot. Imagine country roads... couple of minutes to drive down but 30mins plus to walk) so Alex offered to give us a lift to the shop to stock up which we were extremely grateful for. Alex, Stavros and everyone we met were really friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The room had everything we needed for cooking including hobs and a small oven/grill, the view is absolutely stunning and we loved the decor of the studios. 
We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and beaches and the pool area is gorgeous.

As other reviews say this might not be the place for you if you want 24/7 reception service and restaurant but it was perfect for what we wanted and Alex was always available to WhatsApp if we needed anything or had any questions. Loved it.

Lovely studio, beautiful view & great people

What a wonderful pleasure it is to stay at Diana studios with Alex and his team. We are admittedly fussy customers, but cannot say a bad word against this lovely place. Quiet, secluded, 5 star views, peaceful, calm - the list goes on. We will be coming back! Alex helped us with a parking fine on our hire car and gave us beach towels and the best hospitality. 

The best accommodation

Small concern with six bedrooms.Stunning views out to sea. Immaculate rooms & service. Staff very friendly & willing to do anything for you. Nothing is too much trouble.
Big thanks to Alex who went above & beyond to help me get medical assistance. Can't thank you enough Alex.
Plenty of signs to get to property but none at the actual property, so we kept driving past it.Ten out of ten, can't fault them!!

Diana studios Trapezaki Kefelonia

I stayed with my husband in June 2019. The owners were never around, the room was not ready when we arrived and when we finally got in it wasn't very clean. The menu is very poor and we just didn't feel we got value for money.

Disappointing stay

Very simple studios run by father & son Stavros & Alex
Very laid back, no frills, no fuss but not for you if you want 24 / 7 info back up or anyone there when you arrive :)
We had a lovely time & we were at the end of the season Alex helped us hire a care & arranged transfers for us but hotel is not manned 24/7 & bar was only open 9-4 & 18:30 - 21:00 with a very small menu for food which was a bit disapointing as there is not much within walking distance but it seems that most people were just using it as a place from which to investigate the island which is what we did too.
Free Wifi & aircon tho & very clean room with great shower if only our balconys view was of something nicer than the carpark.  
All this said we had a very cheap deal & it was a great room & lovely pool & our hosts were lovley.
