Kiki Studios is the perfect place for a vacation in Cephalonia. The studios are spacious, very nice and clean and with a charming balcony overlooking the sea right in front of the small beach of Fiskardo. Just a few steps from the waterfront with the various restaurants and shops of this beautiful seaside village. Georgeos and Olga were the perfect landlords; they helped us with all the information and directions we needed to tour the various beaches of the island and above all they were very kind and friendly. It was really a pleasure to meet nice people and I hope to have come back soon to visit them. Everything perfect for a wonderful holiday.

A wonderful vacation.

Our studio was spacious, simply furnished and very clean with frequent changes of towels (including beach/pool towels) and sheets. Our balcony overlooked the small pebble beach and we also had a large patio with table and chairs nearby.  The studios are very conveniently located for the centre of Fiskardo, it being about a 5 minute level walk and although the studios also front a small road, it is quite quiet. The pool and surrounding area were also very clean with a table and chairs and several loungers. The air conditioning unit was very efficient and very quiet. There was a communal washing machine (looked new) and a small library and a personal washing airer outside each studio which someone very considerately moved under an awning for us when it rained while we were out.  The only downside for us was that the studio connected to its neighbour by a communal door.  This was obviously locked, but allowed for a lot of noise to travel through, even though our neighbours were fairly quiet and considerate, like us. We rectified this by placing the spare mattress from the sofa bed against the door to help deaden the noise and we think our neighbours did the same, which helped considerably. When we told the manager what we had done and why, she acknowledged it had been an issue beforehand.  If our neighbours had been close friends or family it wouldn't really have been any problem and we still enjoyed our stay here very much and thought it good value.

Good value, simply furnished and well placed

Excellent location 5 minutes walk into town centre so just out of the hustle and bustle. Literally accross the road is a small pebble beach which was quite quiet. We stayed in a studio and were very impressed that everything you'd need was provided , kitchen utensils, beach towels, iron and ironing board, free air con and safe. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed twice during our week stay. The property is lovely and the pool area quiet and well maintained. We could not fault anything at all with the property and the owners were very discreet but live next door so available for any problems or questions. I would say that the area around the pool is small so not really suitable for children under 12 wanting to play games or splash around. Overall a truely memorable experience and we would have no hesitation in returning or recommend highly enough.

Heaven in Fiskardo! 

(+) The rooms are simple and spacious with a cute balcony. 
They offer all amenities (towels, soap) and they have good equipment in the kitchen. Very clean and the owner was very friendly and accomodating. 
There is also a small beach nearby; nothing much, but good for kids or just for a swim in the morning/ afternoon. 

(-) sound isolation is not the best...

Nice spacious rooms

Fabulous stay at this lovely place. Arrived really late but we're still met with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was spotlessly clean as was the pool area and everything had been thought of. Shame we had to come home 😟

Gorgeous

Olga and George were lovely. We were made very welcome.

The studio apartment had everything we needed for a week. 
Water had been left in the fridge which was much appreciated as you cannot drink  the water from the tap. You can boil it though for hot drinks.

The cleaner came every day around 10am and the sheets and towels were changed mid week. Beach/pool towels were also provided.

There was outside space at the back for sitting and drying clothes/towels. Make sure you close the door though as there are lots of stray cats which are very friendly and like to visit ;)

As we went early in May it was lovely and quiet so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The weather was perfect with only the last day seeing a thunder storm.

Olga arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and we used the same person to take us out to Assos later in the week.

The balcony was as it says almost on the little beach and the walk into Fiscardo was 5 to 10mins depending on which route you take. 

Would definitely consider this again.

Home from home

If anyone has read the review on the restaurant water understands the title! even in this case we have discovered the scholarly kiki thanks to him! he lives for a lifetime. the great location because it is behind the very confusing harbor at night because of the thousand restaurants. the price of the kiki is adequate compared to the expensive life of Fiskardo. both Olga and George are very available and very cute ready to help you with anything.
