This was by far the best Greek holiday apartment we have ever stayed at.  A friendly welcome when we arrived after 11pm.  A clear well kept apartment with everything you could need to start your holiday, teabags, crackers, jam a bottle of wine as well as soft slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit and hand wash in the bathroom.  Clear fluffy towels that smelled laundry fresh.
Waking to the sounds of the animals around, chickens, goats, cats and dogs was like being deep in the country side. An amazing view from our balcony took in the olive grove and high hillsides as well as the sparkle of the sea in the distance.
I highly recommend these apartments and wish Dina and her family a bright and happy future.  We will be back.

Greek excellence. An apartment worth visiting

Just spent a lovely week at Anastasia Studios, Katelios. I had read the previous five star reviews and was not disappointed. This was just what I was looking for and in my opinion as authentic Greek that you will get on a package holiday. The family who live on site could not do enough for you and are regularly about on their smallholding with the animals. The location is very tranquil about a twenty minute walk down a gentle hill to the front with the main tavernas/cafes/bars although a couple of tavernas and supermarket closer by. If you want a quiet relaxing break this is the place and I would definitely book again.

Authentic Greece

We stayed here for 3 weeks in August and from the moment we arrived we were treated like family.  Dina her family made us feel so welcomed. Accommodation was typically Greek and apartments had everything you needed for a really relaxing stay. There were even extras with the goats, chickens, ducks and many more animals that made it feel you were truly living with them and not just visiting. We had a great sea view from the first floor, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels and bedding replaced regularly.  A lovely touch was the breakfast made for you for free on your first day, never tasted Greek yogurt and honey like it, along with an omelette made with fresh eggs from the chickens running out back, absolutely delicious.  Got to know Dina, Pops and her family so well (my name for him), that we were invited into their home twice for dinner, home cooked Greek food, the best lamb I’ve ever tasted.  I couldn’t recommend staying there anymore, you will not be disappointed.  Dina and family, thank you  for a fantastic stay and inviting us into your home, we hope to see you again soon. Fantastic Greek hospitality

Great place, run by super friendly Greek Family. Quiet setting with the sounds of anastasia animals, chickens, goats, sheep ...as this is also a small holding tendered by the family. Free off road parking or a 25 minute walk to the beach. Space to sit either outside in the rear communal space or a big private balcony of your own.We had a room on the ground floor with a view over the rear fields.

Perfect for a relaxed, authentic Greek Escape

Excellent for a budget holiday. The  family are so friendly and welcoming, with supplies in the room when we arrived, and a home cooked breakfast on our first morning. The room was clean and comfortable and the apartments were so quiet, just the sounds of the chickens and goats. The walk into the village was about 15/20 mins, just right for walking off  a hearty dinner in one of the excellent restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you like a peaceful break.

Perfect for a quiet break

The family were warm, welcoming and always friendly. Dina has a wonderful laugh! The room was great with a seaview and view of the whole valley from a private balcony. The location itself is so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Ideal for myself. Local shops selling everything I needed and Taverna's also very accomadating. Perfect in every way.

Wonderful time.

Stayed here for a week with my mum in a twin bed room. Had a difficult time getting there due to an emergency landing so we didn't arrive until around 4 AM. However the next day the owners were very glad to see us and apologised for not being able to greet us when we arrived. Our room was lovely and the view from the balcony was amazing. It isn't right by the sea but you get a lovely view of the moon shining over the ocean at dusk and also get to see all of the fresh vegetables the owners grow on the farm there. On a couple of evenings we just got some little bits of food from the local mini market and had our dinner on the balcony. There are goats, chickens and roosters on the farm which make some noise from time to time but it's very relaxing in my opinion and perfect if you love animals. The bells on the goats especially were adorable!  What really sold it for me though were the farm cats, there are about 10 of them in and around the land and they are so friendly, I was sad to leave them as a few of them came to see us off. All in all, it really feels like an authentic Greek countryside experience, it is rustic and charming. It's not too far from the beach either, about a 10-20 minute walk, so it's convinient but also nice and quiet.

Lovely place and very homely! Highly recommend.

Just got back from these apartment and all i can say is amazing. If you're looking for pool parties and bars then this isn't for you but if you want peace, cleanliness, views and an amazing family feel then you've found it. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and watching the goats, chickens and turkeys wander around. Think the sound of a cow bell will take me straight back.

Within walking distance of a lovely beach with restaurants and sunbeds. 

Everything you could possibly need if you you're looking for some R&R. 

Peaceful, clean and run by an amazing family ❤️

Lovely guest house with double rooms with balcony and a mini kitchen and private bathroom. It’s a farm estate, so lots of animals. The family lives there too, and they are very helpful with anything you need. The price was fantastic - not a lot of luxury but it was just what I needed, and having the fridge / hob / fully equipped kitchen was great so I didn’t have to go out to dinner every night. The mini markets and tourism representative shops are a 15-20 min walk down the main road to the beach, where there are also many many restaurants. The restaurants don’t charge the exorbitant rates you see elsewhere for sunbeds - they just expect you to order food and drinks throughout the day (some are pushier than others, I found Delicious to have the best menu prices and variety and attitude)

Excellent find

Family run Studios. Lovely setting on a small holding, hens sheep and goats , lovely fruit and veg growing all around.  Short walk to the sea front at Katelios free sun beds with beach front cafes and restaurants.  After supermarkets and bakery round the corner. The studios have air con, hairdryer and kitchenette .  This place is run by a very happy friendly family  could not have asked for more! 

Relaxing stay , very comfortable beds , all rooms have a balcony with table and chairs. Would definately recommend Anastasia Stu
