Simply excellent is the only thing I can say about our stay at the Efrosini Village.
From the minute of our friendly welcome we really enjoyed the experience. 
The hotel is located close to a supermarket, a few tavernas and a car rental shop it is approximately a 15 minute walk to the seafront. 
It is set amongst beautiful fruit trees, which at the time of our visit were ladened with fruit that you are encouraged to take and enjoy. 
The rooms are clean, modern, and well appointed, with all the amenities you require for a comfortable stay, including AC, hairdryer,  microwave, etc, not to mention good-sized bathrooms with decent shower.
The pool area is large with plenty of sun loungers to use. The pool bar is open from early morning for breakfast till late at night and offers a good range of drinks and food, However in this family run establishment it is the service that makes it, as the staff are always on hand to offer assistance or advice. 
We loved our stay here and would happily return, you won’t be disappointed with a stay at the Efrosini Village.

Simply Excellent 

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Efrosini Village. The lovely staff could not be more helpful both before and during the holiday and go out of their way to accommodate you. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings then look no further.
We will definitely return next year!

Paradise!

Our first stay at Efrosini village and we loved it. It is in a lovely spot with lots of fruit trees and views of the surrounding mountains. The pool was lovely and very clean, lots of sunbeds available. the food was very good,  big portions and good prices .great breakfast choices cooked by Fotis, and freshly squeezed orange juice. We were very happy with our room, very clean with comfy beds and free air conditioning and a nice secluded area to sit outside. Penelope the cat came to visit every day . The place is run by a very friendly family who work hard to make sure you are enjoying your holiday . We have booked to go again. Thankyou Despina, Efrosini and the team.

Lovely holiday

A brilliant stay in lovely studios surrounded by apple, pear and pomegranate trees. The pool was lovely and Despina and Fotis were very welcoming and  helpful and Fotis cooking was memorable with large portions of tasty food.
The beach is a 10 minute walk down and a 20 minute walk back up again.
Katelios,is a pretty resort with a sandy beach and a few tavernas and shops.
Highly recommended and I hope to return sometime.

A lovely stay in pretty surroundings

Having stayed at Effrosini Village a few years ago, we visited again last week. It  did not disappoint, as beautiful as ever. Spotlessly clean, nice room , fresh towels daily! Friendly owners and staff , so helpful. Fotis is an amazing chef, his food is wonderful .Lovely pool area. We go to Kefalonia quite often and have stayed in other places, but this one is hard to beat. Will definetly return again . Thankyou Despina and family , love to Effrosini 

Superb

Having been to Katelios twice before and loving it so much, this time we booked at Efrosini Village and found that we had made an excellent choice. We were celebrating our Silver Wedding anniversary while we were there and John was so friendly, helpful and informative about the room options available via email prior to our visit. 
We were overjoyed when we were shown to our room, Rook 3 - it was spacious and in a separate building to our 1 nearest neighbour, meaning we enjoyed privacy on the balcony. The balcony overlooked the beautiful gardens, the pool, open countryside and to the side, mountains. The room was spotlessly clean at all times. 
The bar and its staff, Fotis, Despina and evening staff were wonderful. The pool area is stunning and we enjoyed watching the families and children enjoying the pool - there are plenty of inflatable toys for children to use. As a couple however, rather than a family, we chose to spend our days on the beach. We were totally relaxed at Efrosini and came back fully recharged. Thank you to all of you for a truly fabulous stay.

Superb relaxing experience

Absolutely lovely place, lovely people and great location.

Rooms are excellent (especially duplex), great pool with jacuzzi in a really beautiful setting.

Food from pool bar is great, Fotis’  omelettes are famous for good reason.

I really can’t think of a negative after staying and visiting a number of times. Look forward to returning.

Love it here

We needed a week of total relaxation and we couldn't have come to a better place. We arrived in the evening to a pool bar of guests enjoying their drinks and lots of laughter. We soon discovered that first timers like us were in the minority. Some people had been coming for 10 years.  And no wonder. Pool,  rooms,  surroundings,  local tavernas,  service from the lovely family,  everything was perfect. We'll be returning next year to extend our summer. 

Perfect for relaxation

Excellent autumn break at this wonderful  accomodation set in the Kefalonian countryside surrounded by lemon ,orange and pomeranate trees and many more.A wonderful pool and poolside snack bar for breakfast and lunch,drinks ice cream etc.
Rooms are spacious with good bathrooms and self catering facilities.
Staff are friendly and informative 
Katelios is a small village with a good selection of tavernas and bars.
Beach is safe for children.
Note that most tavernas and bars close 3rd week of October 
Best of all the Efrosini Village offers great value for money.

Excellent value for money we will return.

We stayed at Efrosinj for a lovely 5 days . We stayed in one of the maisonettes , it had great facilities including a coffee maker and sandwich maker . We had daily maid service . The village is set in beautiful landscapes gardens and orchards of orange’s and pomegranates . We opted for the bed and breakfast option and the breakfasts were a good choice and were delicious . The apartments have a great pool and tennis courts and the whole area is spotlessly clean . Efrosini is a ten minute walk to the two beaches which are shallow and perfect for small children . Katelios is a lovely choice for families and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kefalonia . Also special mention to our hostess , Despina, she was lovely , kind and very helpful x
