Stayed here for a few weeks as a family. What a fantastic base. Ran by sisters, the place is immaculate. Rooms deep cleaned every day, clean towels daily, bedding changed every other day. 
Lovely pool area, pool beds are plentiful and pool bar serves lots of choice. 
The real selling point is how friendly the place is. Nothing is too much bother. 
It's our first time here but certainly not the last. 

Perfect base. 

My husband and I have stayed a lot of places when traveling over the years, and this was definitly one of the best! It's driven by a lovely familiy who where so sweet and helpful! One day they even brougt us homemaid cake on the door! The invirement is quiet, cozy and with a nice pool. Balcony on every room, and always very clean! They serve breakfast in the morning, and beverges whenever you want. Altso many good resturants and beaches in the area. We are so relaxed after staying there. Hightly recommend a stay on Villa Popi!

The best place located in Kamari bay...100%clean every day froso is cleaning the rooms...and communicate with all costumers satisfying their queries....very pleasant and happy people...I recommend it to all couples and families with children...there is also except the big clean pool and a small safe pool for children and babies 🙂🙂🙂

Vacations

Our 1st visit to Kos was in 2015 to Kardamena but instantly fell in love with Kefalos after a day trip there, and we have been back every year since, up to 2019, then due to Covid  we missed 2020 and 2021.

We finally made it back to Kefalos in June of this year and have just returned home after a glorious 10 days that felt like 3 weeks

We used to stay in apartments that began with a K######a which were originally nice with a good pool, but unfortunately they are now very tired as owner not interested in upgrading any of the rooms, she is only interested in charging extra for everything else instead.

We did a bit of research and decided to try villa Popi Froso studios as it had good reviews and cost, for ourselves and another couple.

What can I say, this place is brilliant!!!!!!!  We were blown away.

Rooms are immaculate, my wife especially liked all the extra little touches  such as, shower gels, hand soap and hand sanitizer. Toilet rolls replenished (didn't have to buy our own as in the other establishment!).  The rooms are cleaned and bins emptied daily with towels, bath mats, tea towels, and bed linen changed every 2 days. The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, kettle, hot plate with grill/oven, and fridge. The rooms also have air conditioning at no extra charge. 

Froso is a great host and she is so friendly, nothing is too much for her, she goes above and beyond the call of duty for you, she even gave my wife use of an iron and ironing board, she also arranged an airport transfer back to airport at a good cost with Z tours as opposed to getting a taxi.  Tina and the rest of the family are really nice as well.

The pool is good and is a nice sun trap, quiet and friendly, the pool bar is open from before 8am for breakfast until early evening.

Needless to say we WILL definitely be going back ASAP

Tried the rest now try the best!

When we arrived the room was infested with mosquitoes, the outside like the whole island was full of wasps and bees but the windows didn't have the mosquito makers forcing you to be closed both day and night and to sleep with the condition on. Breakfast was scarce, you ate every day eggs and bacon. The first night I didn't close my door because it was getting hot, the mosquitoes divorced me and out of desperation I went to sleep in the car. After this first night of painting, we called out to the people in the room and asked them, What happened next, we can't pay for the booking, but we have a good answer to this question.

It's terrible.

I cannot recommend Villa Popi enough. Tina and her family could not be more welcoming and accommodating. We stayed for the second year in a row and I would go back again in a heartbeat. We were in Kefalos for my sister’s wedding and they could not have made anything more special.

Highly recommend! The pool area is perfect and so is the breakfast. Short walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants so the location is also ideal.

Fantastic location,the cleanest room ever seen, very comfortable and relaxing....very polite and helpful owners...very clean pool and area and the best beaches around there... Definitely go back...love it!!!!

Excellent!!!

The room we had was very old and tired, the microwave was rusty and we wouldn't have used it, overall the room needed a complete overhaul. The location is 150 metres from the sea front, but to get to the main beach is a 15 minute walk. We left after 1 night as we were so unhappy with the standard of accommodation, we expected basic but this goes way beyond that. I would say avoid it if you can

Villa Popi is a 2 minute walk away from everything you need! It is quiet, clean & friendly & clearly popular as we seemed to be the only people who weren’t repeat guests. Our host Froso was very helpful, offering tips on the best places to visit, eat etc & she will do her best to accomodate to your needs. 

Peace & quiet

We spent one week in Villa Popi studios. The host Tina, was very nice and helpful providing us with tips ( beaches to go, places to see the sunset)since the beginning. The studios are quite cozy and nice, air conditioned was provided and also WiFi. We also had a small fridge to put food and refresh water. The atmosphere was very friendly and we enjoyed that. Cleaning was done every day. In Kefalos, you can see the most beautiful beaches and travel to Kos town in half an hour. I definitely recommend this place to spend a wonderful experience in Kos.
