Good service, lovely breakfast and a nice restaurant. Nice Greek evening at the hotel.
We will visit them next time we go to Crete. Suitable for both couples and families. 
Located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Excellent

Had the pleasure to stay at Stefan Village together with my family during our latest vacation. It wasn't our first stay and will definitely not be our last.
The Hotel fully lived up to our expectations yet again. Traveling three generations the Hotel meets both the grandparents needs for relaxation as well as the kids needs for play and fun all combined in beatiful surroundings.
Hotel employees are all very accommodating, servicemined and kind and very much aware not to overstep guests privacy.
I will at all times recommend this Hotel and will must definitely come back myself together with my family or friends.

Neither the first time nor will it be the last...

It was a really nice hotel, even better food and excellent service! 
its perfect for small children with playground, kids pool and waterslides.

The best part was the service, always smiling and helpful in any way, from the cleaning ladies,, reception, to the staff in the bar.

Great hotel!

Really nice hotel, great food and even better service 😍 we have been here before and will come back 🙂 we feel really safe here and the kids love it! The pools are nice and its really good with the shade on the playground.

Holiday

My wife, three girls, and my mon and dad just arrived home yesterday after spending two weeks at Stefan Village, which were our third visit at the hotel. 
And nothing has changed since our first visit, and that is only positive! 

Pictures don’t do it justice, it is the perfect looking hotel, and must be seen with your own eyes.

Superb staff, always smiling and helpful in any way, from the cleaning ladies, janitors, reception, to the staff in the bar and the supermarket. They all make you feel very welcome and at home.

They are currently working on making the complex and hotel bigger, with more new apartments, but nothing that bothers you in any way. I hope that Stefan Village doesn’t loose the intimacy and cosiness that surrounds it. If there is to come up to more than +300 guest more after the new complex is ready, they might need an extra swimming pool :D  

One other thing, that shows how much the staff at Stefan Village cares about you comes to show, when I found out, on our way to the airport, that I had forgotten my car keys in the safety box in our apartment. They quickly responded that they have found it, and that they will send it to Denmark the following day, on their expense. That is why I call service and caring!

Again and again...

If you have small children, they have the pools and a playground for you. If you have big children they have the big pools and waterslides.
You can stay on the premises all day, and eat in the casual restaurant. A 5-10 minutes walk brings you to other good restaurants - and if you fancy the beach, it's a 10 minute walk.
We would love to come back again :-)

Fanstastic place for families with children i all ages

Hotel Stefan Village has excellent service. All members of the staff are very friendly and service-minded. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is good, away from the main street, but with only a short walk to the beach. The breakfast buffet is wonderful.

Hotel Stefan Village is a lovely hotel with excellent service

Very Nice hotel. Suitable for families with children. The staff is very serviceminded. All in all a good experience. 
One drewback is that it is a meaningless system with the roomkeyes. One key for a family, which makes it more difficult to plan activites where one part of the family does something away from the other part. And it is meaningless that you need the key to have the AC running during the day. After paying so much for a vacation i expect to control the AC in our room. 

Nice familyhotel

We would strongly recommend Stefan Village hotel to families with children. It was even better than recommended, with a great outdoor  area with pools for children all ages, delicious breakfast buffet and exciting evenings with shows. The appartement was clean and spacious.

Wonderful hotel and excellente service

We had two wonderful weeks at Stefan Village. The hotel itself is good, the pool also, and the food is too. But the number 1 thing is the staff. So wonderful and welcoming and the service was excellent. If you have a problem - let them know and they will sort it out for you. We got our room changed since we wished for a larger ground balcony. No problem at all. So big thanks to Nikos, Antonis and Bill (the kids miss you) and all the rest for all the memories. This hotel comes highly recommended for families with kids. Our kids are 7 and 9 and this stay was perfect for them. Big thanks from the family in room #76.
