This was a delightful place to stay for our first visit to Crete. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff/owners very helpful and friendly. It’s in a quiet part of town and we weren’t at all disturbed by the bar next door (the same owners and popular with locals) -we would recommend that too. Only 25 minutes drive from the airport, it’s a minute from the beach. There’s a good taverna about 3 doors down and it’s only 10 minutes walk to loads of very good beach-side tavernas. The main town is just 20 minutes walk away. 
Local shops in abundance with a superb bakery across the road. 
A good location for viewing most of western Crete with its gorges, beaches and people.

Have no complaints. Stayed in the studios for 4 nights. Modern room with aircondition and a nice balcony with sea view. It was right beside a great bar/restaurant where you can get a cheap and delicious breakfirst.

i am really sad to write this review, because i really enjoyed the room and the holiday in chania. the bed was confortable and the service was good ( considering the price) but a week ago I had to withdrew some money in the ATM, i left 300 € in my pursue in my room the whole time. this morning we checked out and i went to a supermarket on the way to the airport, in my pursue there were only 65  €. there is no way someone could possibly have taken it outside from the room....wich means that the theft happened in our room while we was away. i feel so bad. i will never come back.

We booked a week here in the economy studios for a very fair price. Sadly, the room was placed on the ground floor, near the bar and the street, which caused continuous noise at night, making impossible to achieve a good night of sleep. 

The bathroom was also incredibly poor. Small, crammed in a ridiculously small place. We were forced to shower in the corner of the bathroom, standing still and pouring water over ourselves, which of course, due to the fact that a real shower is not present splashed all over the bathroom. This of course happened every time we took a shower, because of the lack of shower curtains.

On the other hand the personnel was friendly and helpful. I would only recommend it for a very short stay.

Less than expected

Stayed here for 4 nights. The staff was friendly and location is ok. There is a nice beach nearby. The biggest problem was during nights. The traffic made a lot of noice and it felt like the air wasn't moving in the room that we stayed in. Airconditioning is available though.

The downstairs caffeteria was nice. Great toasts and coffees. Also backgammon available which was nice.
