The resort is stunning, rooms immaculate and service was superb, the staff went out of their way to help us. I really liked the restaurant and food, although after a week of pretty much the same menu we were getting a little bored, but dinner and breakfast were very good nonetheless. Individual pools with most rooms was really good for us and our young children, however they were just so cold and seemingly couldnt be heated. But overall absolutely loved this hotel.

Stunning resort

Domes Zeen is the synonym of luxurious holidays in Chania. From the first minute you are receiving an extra ordinary service  from all the team members especially from Sofia the guest relations manager and Christina the Rooms Division Manager. Our room 1016 was spotless  cleaning , very comfortable and big enough for the kids. 

The providing service in the restaurant is  five-star rating very easily and definitely guest oriented as all our wishes came true after a minute or less. Food is amazing! 
My compliments to the restaurant manager Alexis and the food and beverage manager Leonidas.

Finally, I would like to mention Mr. Ioannidis the Operations manager as under his guidance everything looks so easy.

All in all, great stay great weather great experience!

FAMILY WEEKEND IN CHANIA

Loved everything about our week in Crete staying at Domes Zeen Chania. The service is top notch super friendly. Lovely people who can’t help you enough. Chania has got everything old and new.
Foods super,  places to go are amazing. Sunny in October 
You can fly into Chania from Gatwick or Heathrow via a hop to Athens.
We can recommend this hotel for families or couples. Really really good and not over priced.

Wonderful Hotel, wonderful service, fabulous location

The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are very generous, the ambience is stylish. The food is excellent and very varied. But most of all we were impressed by the kindness and warmth of the staff. These people are very friendly and very personal everywhere, which we know more from smaller hotels. Every wish is read from the lips, so to speak, and everyone makes every effort to make all guests feel comfortable.

Holidays in the cloud 7

We also spent a perfect holiday at the hotel. It was just fine to have everything from A (planning) to Z (rooms) in the rooms. From the first to the last impression, the overall package was also wonderful for us. We were warmly welcomed, we were immediately comfortable thanks to the very open (not intrusive) staff. The room with a private pool was perfect for us as a family. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool, the weather was too bad. The rooms are all very well decorated - everything is harmonious. Luxury. The hotel is built in a hanging house. Nevertheless, everything is very well accessible. The facility is very well maintained and furnished. There are also many more spacious rooms. There are also plenty of professional facilities. It is not possible to eat so much at the same time; it is easy to eat at the SPA (pools), the private pool has been taken up to 15.00 hours. The children's pool is also open to everyone who wants to be able to enjoy it.

A perfect vacation, despite bad weather.

We were enjoying the perfect service of a young, always attentive team for a week, and there was a great meal and a great room.

1 week of pure relaxation

How are you doing in the dome and enjoying our last two days. To put it in perspective: hotels with this kind of service exist only in Asia. We have never seen an unfriendly or unhelpful staff anywhere. Chiara, Maria, Popi, Stavros and the management, you are great. You fulfill unspoken wishes and really do everything possible. The food is really great and has a very high quality. We ate out once as part of the half-board and then we decide to stay in the hotel because the food is really private. There is a perfect card that the guest can choose freely. We even booked through TUI and included a lot of lights.

The perfect host

Two week holiday for two couples (family). Net = one of the best holiday hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Why? Location was perfect (lovely walk to Xania town and quality local restaurants); rooms were excellent - plenty of space, private small pool, really clean, well maintained, just worked!; staff were of the most helpful, friendly, professional we’ve ever encountered, and made our stay a pleasure. And quality food for snacks / breakfast.  Would not hesitate to warmly recommend and we WILL be back!

Pretty perfect, really . . . !

We have just come to the end of a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The staff are all extremely helpful and eager to please. Always a pleasant smile. They are clearly very well trained. The rooms are great. We had a plunge pool with a good sized terrace. The pool area has a great feel and a beach is just a few steps away. Old town Chania is an easy walk with lots of places to eat. There are some activities arranged. We went on the free olive oil tour which was fun and very educational.
Overall fabulous, a brilliantly run operation well done to you all!

Fabulous resort

We had the opportunity to spend a few days at the Cathedral and were happy and content. The staff were so friendly and hospitable, we felt very special and rarely experienced it as well as here. You take such loving care of the guest and we just felt comfortable. The pool area is very beautifully designed and there is plenty of space and space. The restaurant offers enough outdoor space and we never had to wait for our table anymore. The food is excellent and the booking of half-board is definitely worth it, you get a very varied three-storey with high-quality food. From the bottom of your heart, a great recommendation for my hotel! At least: a recommendation from Sapphire Bungalow, this is a wonderful view of the dream.
