Perfect service, clean rooms, air condition in every room works great, owner very friendly, dinner's food great, breakfast good. Sometimes too much noise from street and other restaurants. Free parking place in shadow. Nice accomodation.

We stayed there for a seven nights with two children. Everything was wonderfull. Our memories are in positivity feelings.  

Lovey hotel, and so beautiful one the best place to stay your nights in your vacation comfortable and close to city people is so kindly and lovely if want to have a good stay don't think twice to come here 

Great stay  

The room itself is well equipped: hot tub, air conditioning, big TV, good bedding, even if the decor is a little space (flow green paint...), the services could claim to some quality. But the environment is so dirty... In the shadow of a cement factory (??), in a roughly ruined glaucus alley, overlooking an industrial harbor, no real reception the boss is at the bar downstairs... A lot of noise at night in the street... the negative takes over unfortunately widely.

Very mixed opinion.

My wife & i had the pleasure of staying for 10 days this July.  Our room was cleaned daily. Adonis & the staff were always very polite & helpful with any questions we had. A handy location with the bus across the road for Chania. You will not be disappointed.

After repairing the small hotel, everything was new. The downside was that the balcony was not covered and the sun side was not available until the afternoon due to the heat. 2 floors and no elevator. The towels were not changed, unless asked.

Very nice.

We wrote our honest review of this Hotel upon getting home last week, but we find that it is currently not listed here. Given the other excellent reviews, we were hopeful that this was a good place to stay but it was not. Very loud music in downstairs restaurant way after midnight, very smoky, which is additionally not good food. Could not use the balcony because of all the incredibly smoky restaurant below. Room had not been cleaned adequately and there was broken glass shards in the bathroom that my wife did not see and the glass pieces injured her foot, a bloody foot is not our idea of a good place to stay. After being home now for 1 week, her foot is just now healing from the broken glass in the bathroom. Shower door was dangerous-did not open or close-fell off its hinges. The location is good, bed was good, air con good, but there were so many more negative facts about this place that we would never return nor recommend. Check in was awkward as the owner first took us to a room that was occupied or not ready and he complained that he was very busy having to care for the restaurant and hotel guests at the same time. This did not make for a sense of welcoming. We wonder about the authenticity of the reviews given our overall experience. We travel often to Crete and obviously made a very bad choice in staying here. 

Do Not Stay Here!

We were on a 4 day business trip for first time in Chania and we received an excellent service. Tasted the famous Cretan hospitality by the owner and staff. Very well linked location, very clean and modern rooms,good prices. We will definitely return for holidays because we want to taste some more of this magic land with its friendly people. Thank you all so much, see you soon again!

Great hospitality and service

When we arrived late at night we couldn't enjoy it much. The room was very luxurious and spacious. The manager was very friendly. It was a pleasure. It's true that there's the bar underneath and it can be a little noisy. To avoid if you have children. However, the blinds don't cover all the window and are too finished so we woke up early. We noticed that the bathtub seal wasn't nickel but the rest of the room was nickel. The breakfast at 5 euros after dinner was very nice and nice. This allowed us to visit the Canaria the next morning. I recommend it.

Small recently renovated hotel in a strategic location for those who need to use the harbor or the airport.

Pleasant surprise

We had chosen this hotel for the first night, the flight arrives after 9.30pm and we didn't want to waste time looking. We had dinner at the hotel bistrot in an exceptional way and the owner then entertained us, drinking raki, until 2am. We were so impressed that we immediately booked two more nights for the last two days of the trip. Completely satisfied.
