We booked our trip on 15 April last for the month of August. We were immediately debited from the amount of the hotel's offer as no cancellation is possible with immediate payment. However, it seems that the hotel does reserve the possibility nevertheless to cancel the hotel without having to pay compensation. Our booking was cancelled on 31 July either just before our trip or saying because of an overbooking. Besides the fact that I doubt there is an overbooking on 15 April for the month in question (which the hotel staff has admitted) it is inadmissible to cancel a non-refundable trip on departure days without paying compensation! I have to harass the hotel to get the money back on the last one!!!!! We have not been obliged to book a hotel in April because it is not possible to book more than a few minutes in Greece. I am not the only person who has been charged for the same amount of money. I am not the victim of the same kind of fraud. I am not the only person who has to read the booking in Greece.

Late cancellation, thieves.

We have checked this accommodation via booking.com and we liked it very much.  We called directly the hotel so we can make the reservation directly. On the telephone a very rude lady lead to make the reservation via booking.com and that she was not able to make the reservation with them directly.  We entered booking.com again to book the rooms and the room rate was different and had a minimum stay restriction which was not applied previously.  That was very unprofessional from their end and very deceitful from their end.

Unprofessional and very deceitful

This was the second time we visited Tinos and stayed @ Big Blue. As per our first visit nearly 5 years ago, this boutique hotel met our expectations for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Its unique location, the spacious rooms, the relaxing pool area, the remarkable, unblocked view and last but not least, the incredible, homemade breakfast served by the hotel’s friendly and joyful staff, are the most important elements that made our stay unforgettable. Evi, the owner, is on top of things and always willing to support where feasible. The hotel location in Kionia is ideal for daily excursion to other beaches. This hotel is highly recommended both for couples and families.

A place to visit again and again…

Great stay at Big Blue. Thanks to the team. Beautiful sea view and sunset. Very modern, well decorated and clean room. Very friendly lunch. Very nice location: 20/25 minutes walk from Tinos, and there are restaurants 5/10 minutes walk. 5 minutes beach.

This is a perfect stay!

Superb address for a stay in Tinos, the setting the place staff in the morning at the PDJ we feel like at home very well located on the Island (compulsory car) The decoration is just well thought out and the service in the room apartment impeccable the owners are very attentive stay in July 2021

A magical day

Beautiful location by the sea. The decoration of the large rooms is clean and very elegant. The terrace facing the sea, very pleasant. A superb place. We are very well received by the two proprietary sisters. The little dej is made home and takes place by the very pleasant swimming pool which also faces a dazzling view of the great blue...a delicious place to discover the island of Tinos...

It's a beautiful location with a wonderful view, a tasteful design and loving care, a stylish apartment and an excellent breakfast with homemade treats.

The charming boutique hotel

A real positive surprise. Great building design, spacious rooms, great view, cozy breakfast place and atmosphere, great stuff (Evi and Georgia) willing to fulfill any of our needs. High standards of cleanliness , nice pool, variety at breakfast. Rational prices, a good recommendation to stay.

A Great Choice for Tinos

Visited Tinos island on 28/29 of September and we booked 1 night at the hotel which is a 3 minutes drive from the port . When we arrived, the breathtaking view amazed us. I remember sitting for some minutes and staring the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. Hotel personnel welcome us with a huge smile and guided us to the rooms which are amazing. Rooms where tidy , clean and cozy with lots of natural light. Breakfast was A LOT , freshly cooked and tasty. If you are not a breakfast person you will definitely be one here. DO NOT miss it.
One excellent choice for some days with peace and quite.

Very pleasant stay of 3 nights in this establishment a little out of town tinos, pleasant staff and superb sea view and peaceful setting.
