Everything was perfect right from the moment we booked our room with Mrs. Afroditi, the hotel owner. We immediately knew from our phone call that we were in good hands. Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome with useful information about everything the island has to offer. 
The hotel is ideally located at the port of Loutra with ample parking space right in front. Our room was meticulously clean and had a balcony with a magnificent view overlooking the harbor of Loutra. We had a lovely spacious room with a new double bed and comfy mattress. Air conditioning worked perfectly, shower had lovely hot running water. 
Mrs. Afroditi’s attention to detail and hospitality is unrivaled and her kindness made us feel right at home. 
We highly recommend visiting Kythnos for this hotel! After such a wonderful stay will be sure to come back! 

Wonderful stay  

Nice room with clean and comfortable terrace! Close to the beach and from a hot spring! An excellent breakfast with a real pressed orange juice served by the kind and charming owner! Toast, cake, confections...that makes home products a treat ;) Thank you to Afroditi for her warm welcome 👌🏻

Very nice.

Great spacious rooms with excellent clean bathroom. Everything is new and worthy. From furnitures to a/c. The hostess is very kind and helpful  to guide you. The prepares the breakfast herself and it's delicious. Homemade cheese pie, sandwiches, fresh orange juices and cakes. Totally worth the price if 10€/pp.
Nice view with a thermal spa beach just 1' away from your balcony. Loutra is a lovely part of the island to stay in. Totally recommended!

An excellent value for money accommodation 

The owner welcomed us as a family member from the open door, a homemade and loving lunch, impeccable rooms, a very quiet and very well located 2 steps from the small port of Loutra.

The room was nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was incredible in particular the pies and cakes that afroditi herself cooks. And we cannot possibly forget the incredible hospitality and friendliness of afroditi as she is willing to provide extensive information about the best places to visit on the island. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would very much like to go back!

We love Kythnos!!

This is just a very beautiful place to stay with a very beautiful owner. She is very friendly and an exceptional cook. Her breakfast is the best. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The beach is near by, there is also a hot spring next door. The hotel is located in the town of Loutra, which has a marina and a few nice restaurants.

Beautiful Afroditi

The rooms are very nice, with new furniture and just as big as you need. 

Some of the rooms have a really cool balcony which is quite, although it is in front of a street. 

The owners are making big efforts for the cleanliness and this is obvious as soon as you step into the room. 

I would recomend without a doubt. 

Really nice, renovated rooms

I have never felt more welcome in a rented accommodation in my life. Afroditi is so cheerful and service oriented that it was as if I was staying with relatives. You can smell the cleanliness from the moment you step in the reception. The rooms are unbelievably clean and the towels smell heavenly. But the highlight is that the windowshields are so dark that you wake up in the morning and the room is totally dark which really allows you to sleep so well that you rest all the way.
The breakfast prepared by Afroditi everyday is divine and her carrot cake is sooooooo good!!! 
I would totally reccommend this place to anyone visiting Kythnos!!! Definitely Value for Money!!!

This is what Greek hospitality is all about!!!

Clean, new rooms, good furniture, pastel accessories. The price-quality ratio is just great, even though it's simple.
