The hotel owner and stuff gain 5 stars for their behaviour, politeness and service. They did inform us politely about the things we could do in the area. The breakfast was great and handmade. The suite was nicely decorated and designed, and I have to say that looking at the set during summer, I only wished I would go back during winter, when it will surely be absolutely fantastic-the scenery must match best during winter. After all, Trikala is more of a winter destination. 

The hotel owner was polite to the point that he insisted to send me an item I forgot in  the room, on his expenses! He was great. Surely would go back, surely recommend it to others.

Very nice and comfortable suits. And nice service. We asken for the rate on sunda vem we came and had fall price from the officiant rate. Fireplace with woods, hot water and spa bath. Breakfast was made when we were sitting at the table. Nice and warm. Very friendly staff. 

Very nice and comfortable

Accommodation was very nice but we have never seen such an unprofessional and honestly bad service. It was one of the worst experiences ever. The suites haves an restaurant as they state with the best pizza. On New Year Eve we were told that the place will be opened till 22.30, so we may call at 22.00 to make the last order. So we did. I called at exactly 22.00 and was told that they had closed earlier today and would not be able to take our order. After the owner asked if we were hungry and offered us to call delivery "meat house"! Really?! I'm a vegetarian so that was not an option for us, and just like that on the New Year Eve we were left hungry due to their unprofessionalism. In addition, there was no kettle in the room, no anything you could boil water and make a tea or coffee. Not to mention that in the morning the reception would open at 8.30. There was no person to bring you coffee earlier so that you were forced to drive to nearest coffee shop to drink your morning coffee. When we asked for a kettle, they said they did not have one. The stairs outside were covered in ice and nobody cleaned them. The second day we stayed they forgot to clean up the fire place and bring more wood logs. All in all, very bad experience. The owner knows nothing about service. We left very disappointed.

Very bad service

Stayed at Suite no 2. It looked much better than seen in photos! Excellent decoration even at the slightest detail! Very comfortable double bed, nice bedlinen, hot tub, fireplace with sufficient firewood. All very clean and well-cared. Delicious breakfast freshly prepared every day! The host was very polite and always ready to satisfy every request of his guests! Left Dryades Suites totally relaxed! Worth to stay there!!!!

The most relaxing accomodation!

We arrived at the Dryades late in the night without reservation, but the owners was nice and helpful.
We stayed in Suite no 1 which was a 2 level house with a jacuzzi, fireplace, living area, bathroom and a small kitchen at the first floor and bed, another bathroom and living area at the second level. I usualy prefer  mor simple decorations, but is only a matter of taste. The balcony at the second floor provides scenic views of the neigborhoods. 
 I think that the houses are even nicer in the winter.
