The guest house is located at a fine spot affording beautiful views. The accommodation is elegant, relaxing and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, with a variety of home-made delicacies.  We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend there. Christos and Yannis, thank you for your warm and friendly hospitality, your care for your guests and your great suggestions for sightseeing in the area.  We will definitely be back.

Excellent hospitality

We have stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel. we instantly felt at home with the familiarity of Christos and John. the room was clean, comfortable and contained all the necessary stuff. we had a beautifully balcony with an amazing view to the mountains. the breakfast was delicious and varied from day to day with lots of options of home maid food. the atmosphere wax always very friendly and helpful. the village was calm and lovely. we really recommend coming here!

Very nice place and  fantastic people

I visited the hotel recently with my wife.  We had booked a suite for 2 nights.  The room was small and the ceiling of the bedroom low.  No sofa and the two chairs not comfortable to sit and enjoy the fireplace.  The bed was of cheap quality therefore we did not enjoy sleeping on it.  Very hard mattress indeed.  The bathroom was very small and basic.  The people were polite but did not know how to handle complaints.

The "suite" is not a "suite" and more

We had booked the suite via booking ( the hotel is rated 9,8) and our first impression was that the room was poor and made for short people. Furniture is old and there is no sofa, no proper toiletries, bed is not even a proper double and is the old style with the wires inside ( price sold on internet is 180 e). The feeling during sleep is that you sleep on wood... we woke up exhausted! Pillows same quality, like rocks. Photographs on booking are tricky, be aware! They tried to “save” the day bringing us the breakfast in the room but still this could not make up for the worst night sleep and the uncomfortable room.

We visit every couple of years and we always do a few visits to the cafe in the evening for some nice drinks and the desserts are amazing. Relaxing and friendly. The mountain tea is amazing. My child prefers the hot chocolate.

Wonderful guest house in a wonderful place! Perfect cosy room with fireplace and very clean. Mr Christos and Mr Giannis are very kind and friendly!

Guest house Varnevo 

You’re likely to find Greeks than tourists in this beautiful mountain village overlooking the sea.
And if you think it’s worthwhile to stay at a village like this one, Varnevo is a beautiful place to do it. The rooms are tastefully done and very comfortable. The breakfast is copious and very tasty. A perfect place to breath in the Greek air and meet some genuinely pleasant and jovial people.
Highly recommended!

The real thing

We just visited the cafeteria at the entrance of hotel, it was very cozy & quiet. They also offer some nice sweets & free wi-fi.
As far as we saw, there was free parking spaces for the hotel residents.

Enjoy the view

We stayed three nights at the tower suite in  Varnevo hotel.
The suite was beautiful with a fire place that we used every night. The breakfast was amazing with fresh and tasty home made pastry.. the hosts Christos and Yannis are very helpful and welcoming and we felt really good in this lovely place . 
It  is highly recommend!
