This is a place , that in a right management, and big processes of renovation, can be nice. The light in the room, although it has a lot of windows, is nothing. The woman and the man are rude. All the things in the room are too many, we almost fell when trying to go inside and we had to move the dest out of the room. and they are full of dust! The curtains do not move and when trying to move them- they are falling down!
The shower: there is hot water after a long long time and all the water goes out of the shower into the bathroom, because there is no door between!!!!! We had to put out the water with the towels, so my husband and i had one towel together. and the bathroom it is so small , never we have seen before. Everything in the shower is broken.!!!!! 
The room has nothing in it: no soap, no kettle, and when going down to boil some water , the man is not satisfied. The breakfast: wow, what a shame! They give the filling that you have to take only few details, not as you want, and the are giving you the food theiselves, behind a glass, And in a rude way!!!! What an awful experience!!!!! She gave us all the money back, but it shouldn’t happen, such an “hospitality”!!!!!!

Location with breathtaking view. Cozy room with fireplace, very clean and beautiful decorated. Also helpful and friendly staff. The only complain is the low WiFi speed. Except that it was an amazing stay and I will visit again for sure!!!!

Amazing Hotel

The room was very clean and cozy. Generally the hotel was well decorated and the staff was very very kind and helpful!! Totally recommend it!! Also i recommend it for families!! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious!!

Perfect choice for couples

Stayed there with a group of friends. Hotel is in very nice location with panoramic view. Rooms are nice and staff is very friendly.
Only area of improvement could be the breakfast which was OK but given the overall quality of the hotel could be better.
Overall very positive experience, I would revisit.

Enjoyed it a lot

Beautiful location, close to the village Trikala. Easy access to the monastery and hicking paths up to the mountain. Very friendly personnel, it is a family business. Our room was big and very cosy and it has a fireplace which we could use. The view from the hotel is amazing and shows the mountains and the valley below.

One day visit

Excellent service, Clear rooms, nice breakfast, excellent view, for all season..
We went with my wife and our 10 months daughter, we relaxed and had very good sleep under the firs. The service was excellent ( thanks Giannis for your service)

Best Hospitallity Ever

Pigi Tarlamba is a wonderful hotel at a gorgeous location. The rooms are comfy and clean, the air is refreshing, and the owners are lovely, friendly, and always ready to help. 

My husband and I wanted a romantic weekend getaway, and we're both super happy with our choice. The owners apologized a couple of times for the noise levels, because there were families with kids there in the weekend, but we weren't disturbed at all. 

The place was quiet, and the rooms were a perfect, cool temperature, even when the sun was high up in the sky. A delicious breakfast was served until 11:30 AM, and people hurried to refill the platters when we showed up at 10:30. 

The area around the hotel is filled with restaurants and shops selling local products. I wish we could have stayed longer, to visit more of them.

We had the best weekend

Warm and cozy suites, excellent service, kind and helpful people. We stayed at the luxury suite for 3 nights, it was quiet and warm, a delightful stay. Not in walking distance from the village facilities in winter, yet an excellent experience. Rich breakfast and plenty of wood for the fireplace, with the helpful stuff always willing to bring more wood if requested. 

Wonderful winter escape

Our plan was to go and take a few days off to recover from some touch days at work.The forecast was giving snow storms after our arrival, so we thought it would be a good reason to stay in as much as possible and relax. The room was amazing, warm and really more like a small home and the price was an absolute value for money. We made the most out of the fireplace and the staff gave us extra logs on every occasion. We loved the breakfast and the view on the snowy mountains from the lounge. The staff was super-friendly and even helped us to dig out our car from the snow. We are going back for sure and would definitely recommend it!
