Usefull 3-people number, simple breakfast, stunning view from all rooms. The see is direct in 10m from you room! 
If you need best souvlaki - just go through the road. Great bar is next door to hotel. Beach is two step nex to hotel. In august we easy find parking place.

Great value hotel

We only stayed at this hotel one night, as part of a multi-day tour of Greece.  Which was a good thing, if we had booked it for any longer than that we would have checked out and gone elsewhere.  The check-in area is worn and cluttered with furniture and just "stuff" all over the place.  Desk clerk was helpful enough but brusque.  The hallways are dark and the carpets are filthy, and there's hundreds and hundreds of yards of internet cable just hanging from the walls, no conduit or anything.  Our room smelled terrible, I thought it was old fish, my daughter thought it was a charcoal fire, we ended up deciding that it smelled like an old fish that had been standing next to a charcoal fire for a long time.  Bare bulbs hanging from worn out electrical sockets, and a shower curtain that had mold and mildew all over it.  It is right on the beach, but the day we were there the beach was strewn with trash that I had to pick up just so it wouldn't be stinking up the area where our chairs were.  No way would we ever stay here again.

You Get What You Pay For, and The Sea View's rates are cheap for a reason.

A low-cost, absolute beach-front hotel at a quite, sea-side village location in the Corinth/Korinthos Isthmus region. Only a few minutes drive to Corinth town and cosmopolitan Loutraki, and at about an hour's drive to Athens and its international airport. A gem for the bargain hotel hunter.

It is easy to be put off this hotel when entering the reception area which is gloomy and cluttered. The man on reception was very friendly and helpful and the room was interesting, not nessacarily in a good way, the views however were stunning. Our biggest issue was with the shower set up, and this may be us being overly critical, but it was impossible to use the shower curtain as there was no height to the curtain or real width so when using the shower you couldn't stand upright or the curtain would cling to you. No one likes a clingy wet curtain when trying to get clean Sea View! 
That said breakfast had plenty to offer and there are some nice bakeries and bars close by.

More cheap than cheerful

We had a very enjoyable week at Sea View. The hotel itself is basic and functional but it is clean and relaxed and was exactly what we hoped for given the very reasonable price. Each room has a small double and a single bed and is equipped with air con, a fan, a fridge and an ensuite. It is quite tatty but everything was very clean and there was a balcony with a beautiful view of the Sea and mountains. The breakfast was modest but fine; a choice of breads and croissants, greek yogurt, cereal, meats and cheese. There was also tea and coffee and squash. It would have been nice to have some juice or fresh fruit. 
The location of this Hotel is great. An hour's drive from Athens and a 20 minute drive from Corinth and of course just a few steps away from beautiful clear, warm water to swim in. The 'beach' area itself is rocky and there are a variety of bars and restaurants all along the beach. We ate in nearly all of them and the food was always good and reasonably priced. Next to the hotel is a more trendy bar 'Limonaki' with music, soft seating and good menu. Across the road is a supermarket and several bakeries and coffee bars. 
This is a small Greek resort. We did not come across any non-greek people while we were there. Very little English is spoken in the Sea View Hotel and in Loutra Elenis in general but everyone is friendly, relaxed and helpful.
