The hotel is generous in its atmosphere, is not far from three beaches, for a 3-star offers a really good value for money. The staff is friendly and helpful. Air-conditioning in our room was working and was not too strong (we did not get sick as we do sometimes during very hot weather, when using A/C is necessary). Any misgivings are possible to negotiate at the reception. Food is varied and tasty, maybe a bit samey as regards taste/spices, but salad/vegetables lovers will feel great and you can, during the week, always find some new dishes. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed at least every second day, sometimes even every day.

Good value

Very clean hotell, cleaning every second day, not a problem. All staff works hard and efficient with serving, cleaning etc, food was as always repetetive as most all inclusive are, but very good throughout 14 days, good work Ahmed 😀, have no complaints, maybe bathroom is a little small, but also not a real  problem.
The location was good, just a few minutes walk to the beach. A couple of minutes to shops, restaurants and bars 

Very good hotell with nice location close to the ocean.

We stayed at RELAX hote for 7 nights as a group of 9. We had 2 family rooms and one standard couple room. They were very kind to locate us near each other. The reviews are true. The hotel was clean, the staff were amazing, always very helpful and nice. The food was tasty and there was always good enough variety of meals to choose from. The pool is decent size for the size of the hotel. There were always enough sunbeds. I didn't notice sunbeds being blocked by towels throughout the day. 
There are a lots of families with children. We had our own, so we didn't mind. The beaches nearby are very nice. Water shoes are not needed, but they were definitelly helpful, especially on the beach to the north. We were snorkling the whole time. The stony shore is full of life. 

Bydleli jsme v hotelu 7 nocí jako skupina. Měli jsme 2 rodinné pokoje a jeden dvojlůžkáč. Ubytovali nás velice blízko sebe, což bylo od nich moc hezké. Souhlasím s ostatními recenzemi. Bylo tam čisto, personál byl velice příjemný a efektivní. Jídlo bylo velice dobré a dostatek možností, aby si člověk každý den mohl dát něco jiného. Bazén je dost veliký a lehátek bylo kolem dost. Nesetkala jsem se s klasickým nešvarem, že by byly všechny lehátka hned od rána obsazené ručníky.
Jezdí sem rodiny s dětmi. Měli jsme svoje, takže nám to nevadilo. Přilehlé pláže jsou moc pěkné. Boty do vody nejsou vyloženě potřeba, ale je to s nimi lepší hlavně na pláži směrem k severu. Celou dobu jsme šnorchlovali. Okolo kamenitého břehu je spousta života.

Very nice hotel and a great family vacation

We spent amazing 8 days in july  2021 at Relax hotel.  We were satisfied of all services. Cleaning,  changing towels and bedclothes every day. Staff very friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their faces. Especially chef. Thereˇs no problem to speak with them in Slovak and Czech language (mainly receptionist Katarina). Food was very delicious and tasty. But there´s one problem only: There is no way to hang out wet swimmwear and towels to dry. It will be good to solve this problem, for example: clothing horse as equipment in every room. Near the hotel are 3 beaches (5 minutes to walk every) with clear water, also downtown (with shops, taverns and bars) is near too. It´s a very good place for vacation. We will be happy to return there

Super Hotel

We just spent an amazing 2 weeks at Relax Hotel in Kolymbia. Firstly the Hotel was very nice and clean, and situated within 5 minutes walking distance of 3 different beaches, and approximately 5-10 mins from all the shops and bars. I also wanted to mention that the staff were amazing. They all worked very hard and were always smiling and helpful. Special mention to Dimitri who was always very nice. 

The food was excellent. We stayed on an all inclusive program, and breakfast, lunch and evening meal were always buffet style where you could help yourself. There was a wide range of selections all of the time which was great especially as we had two boys. The beaches were very nice and the water was absolutely clear and amazing to swim in. There were plenty of shops, bars and restaurants if you were looking for something a bit more lively. We also went on a very nice boat trip to Lindos which I would recommend and of course we visited Rhodes old town on the bus. My wife and I have now been to 4 greek islands, and I can say that Rhodes was the nicest for us. We will defintely be visiting Kolymbia again in the future and hope to stay at Relax Hotel.

Holiday at Relax Hotel

This is a ok hotel. Rooms are very clean and ok size. The pool is clean and overall the hotel is fine. 
 But the all inclusive was a bit of a dissapointment. Not a very big variation. Also if you where one of the last people to ear most of the food was a bit low. Especially the kids food. For some reason sunday was both nogget and pizza day while other days the selection was small. Also may some more bins for you trash. At the hotel room the only bin was the one on the toilet. Another one for emty bottles and other rubbish would have been nice. Overall a good hotel, just dont expect alot from the food. 


Fine hotel

Just returned from Greece and I couldn’t thank the hotel staff enough for everything they done for us. Even though some did not speak a lot of English, they were very accommodating to what we needed and problems were solved efficiently. Rooms were spotless and were cleaned everyday. Food was excellent and fresh with a large variety of salads and meats. Lots of drinks which are served poolside which is great for families with young children. Even though you have to pay for air conditioning, it is at a very cheap price for the week and is 100% worth it. Would definitely visit again when in the area. Thank you relax hotel staff!

Perfect

Just returned from spending a week at the Relax Hotel,I can't find any negatives only positives,would highly recommend staying here,the rooms are modern,cleaned every day with fresh towels,the food was very good,the staff very professional from the cleaners,hotel management & the restaurant staff,guest were from different nationalities think we was the only English staying but that wasn't a problem everyone was curtious & polite,it's a very quite hotel close to all amenities & well located.
