We booked a double room for 1 night at this hotel. Room was not as described on Booking. The photos from the website have nothing to do about the reality. The room has a bad smell and the balcony full of dust and windows were not cleaned for ages. Wi-Fi was not working. Beds were not comfortable, it feels like you stayed on the floor. View from the balcony was to a busy street in front of a church. Breakfast was the poorest we ever had in Greece. We'll never, ever come back! 

Worst Hotel in Komotini 

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. Room is spacious and clean. We stayed 2 days and room was cleaned with fresh towels every day. Short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast is not great and parking is in the street if you can find a space 

Clean Hotel

Overall clean room and bathroom, clean towels, near the pietonal alley of Komotini, quiet neighborhood, good A/C.. The car can be parked on the street, around the hotel. Not so good view from balcony.

Good

I have chosen this hotel twice due to low cost. This hotel is quite far from city center and it is generally easier to find availablity.

First time I was given a nice room on 3rd floor with double bed and spacious balcony, so as a returning customer I requested the same room when I made the reservation over the telephone. While they promised I could have the room that I requested, upon arrival they told me that it was not possible, and gave me one on first floor instead, with twin beds and tiny balcony. 
Besides this inconvenience, my stay had been comfortable enough for the price that I have paid.

Affordable

A fairly lucky choice at the last minute. Helpful staff at reception. A good room with comfortable beds and a good bathroom.  Reasonable Internet.  We were able to park nearby.  Easy walking to the centre. 

A friendly hotel

Over here on business, excellent hotel, spotless,  modern, quiet, ideal location, family run, eager to help you enjoy your stay in Komotini,  very helpful regarding laundry and amenities, close to local fresh fruit shops ect

Excellent hotel

Old fashioned and dirty room, a lot of noise, a terrible smell of smoke everywhere, poor internet connection and people who are not willing to help you and make your stay comfortable there. The only positive thing is that it is close to the centre of the town but that is just not enough... I wouldn't suggest it for your stay.
