Awesome hosts, super friendly. Excellent accomodation conditions, super clean room, nice little garden with pool. The area is very quiet, within walking distance to the beach and to tavernas in the center of the village. Strongly recommend.

To begin with, the owners are simply owesome!
Truly felt like visiting a good friend and being hosted at his house which is quite accurate since the two brothers Bill and Areti (the owners) actually live there, thus taking care of everything at a glance.
Rooms, consisting of studio appartments actually, are in perfect condition (like new!), very clean, spacious and comfortable including all amenities a family may need for a great vacation (Yes, photos you see in various reservation sites are true!).
Conveniently located close to super markets and bakery (very helpfull since breakfast is not served at the hotel facilities). Eveything is within walking distance including the central coastal road of the village where one can find few though excellent fish-taverns, restaurants and cafes or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll.
Most people though might find themselves in the need of using transportation means to reach the nearby "blue flagged", golden sand beach next ot the local camping and all the way to "Arogi" with many beach bars offering sunbeds and umbrellas at no extra cost.
On-site facilities include a swimming pool plus one smaller seperate for children attached to the main, both in perfect condition.
Finally, the bbq in the garden is available for everyone at all times to enjoy with good company.
A "must visit" place as well as a definitely "would visit/stay again"!

"Le patron manger ici " is a saying means the owner eats here . If the owner is using the same premises that they offer means a lot.
At hotel Limni the owner family is living there keeping up the home alike high quality .
This is not our first time there and it looks that we'll keep coming.
This hotel gives you the best service that you can expect through a friendly way and they can accommodate any special wish that you might have.

Hotel "Limni" is situated in Fanari (Greece), in front of Ksirolimni lagoon and very close to the beautiful beaches all along the road Imeros-Fanari. In same time it is also close to downtown of Fanari with its amazing tavernas and restaurants. The hotel offers fully independent apartments and rooms which are very spacious with wide and shady terraces and verandas. The apartments are comfortable, good furnished and equipped (including with kitchenware and air-conditioners). The inner cleanness of the rooms and the baths is very good. There is a lovely garden around the hotel with many different plants that create feelings of calmness and conformity with the nature. Besides in the courtyard there is a swimming pool which is convenient for relax and swimming in the hot afternoons as well for a glass of wine or beer in evening hours. for the drivers there is a parking place in front and behind the hotel. The incessant cares of the owners and their good taste made from the hotel one unforgettable place that offers to the guests every conveniences for pleasant sojourn. 
In addition I have to share that the position of the hotel make it a good starting point for examination of the very interesting Monastery of St. Nicholas a metochi of Athos Monastery in Vatopedi located on a small island of Vistonida lagoon, near Porto Lagos (only 6 km.) or the famous monasteries Panagia Archangeliotisa and Panagia Kalamou in Xanthi (only 31 km.) or the landmarks of Komotini (only 25 km.).
