All the staff are fab! 
If you need something don't hesitate to ask them as they are always happy to help or point you in the right direction.
The rooms are clean, tidy & spaceous.
Location is great!
There is a little supermarket shop across the road for bits and bobs.
Pool is clean & good size too.

My husband and I were in Kos for a holiday for just over 2 weeks.  This hotel is clean, value for money, great pool and great staff.  Very close to Kos Town, the marina and harbour and restaurants.  I will definitely stay here again!

Clean, Great Service and Great Value!

Just arrived home from two weeks in the Santa Marina Hotel in Kos and had a great time. The hotel is immaculate and the apartments are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff I can’t praise them highly enough nothing was to much trouble for them they were always willing to have a good chat with you and always asked how we were everyday, the bar staff and receptionists always very helpful with direction and with the knowledge of the best tavernas to eat in, and all general holiday needs and trips that could be booked to go and see the islands ( the Greek night in zia was fantastic and well worth the money). The cleaners would always greet us with a smile and where highly efficient. The pool was lovely and refreshing and lots of lilos and footballs available for everyone to use. The pool bar was always well stocked and the gents behind the bar would always greet you with a smile they also provided lovely bar snacks throughout the day. The manager of the hotel was on hand every day to speak to and was really pleasant. All together a fantastic holiday I can’t thank the hotel and the staff enough, I can’t wait to return.

First holiday in Kos

Early arrival, our room was ready, welcomed like old friends, which we are.

Christina, Dianne and Irene are absolutely brilliant. We had one or 2 issues, nothing to do with the hotel, more with our travel plans (Thomas Cook related) which were all dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The hotel offered what is needed to be able to do minimal self catering. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to the city center, the harbor and local bus stops. There’s quite a few restaurants and coffee shops nearby and a small food store and bakery right across the street. The only issues with this apartment hotel would be the noise - the walls are, as often in Greece, thin and you can hear everything from the other apartments, pool area and street. And that the beds aren’t all that comfortable.
The decor is a little outdated but nice to have the opportunity to make coffee/tea and a little basic cooking.
The staff is very helpful and the pool area is rather small but very pleasant with the pool bar (pool is open 9-19), albeit the hotel seems very popular with a younger crowd in the height of summer and therefore the pool area gets a bit crowded - which was solved with using the pool in the morning and going out during the day. For a decent beach, you’d have to go quite a bit to the other side of town or out of town - but the busses go regularly and easy to Tigaki, Marmari, Kardamena etc.

We’ve just returned from a 10day holiday and got to say this accommodation is lovely. The reception/lobby area was always very clean, the pool area was also kept just as clean and was a good size pool with plant off sun beds. Maybe a bit off music quietly being played would be a bit better. 
The rooms (we had a studio) was a good size plenty off storage for clothes the balcony was a good size. The bathroom was ok the shower doors needs a lot off improvement you could barely open them without them coming away/off. But surprisingly the shower itself was great powerful and hot. 
Since I booked a double room was a bit disappointed to have 2 single beds pushed together it’s just not the same. And I also think the rooms could be better cleaned.i straightened our bed sheets to keep it tidy in the morning and a few times cane back to the room early eve to find them left how it was, I do think the beds should be made and some days they was. 
I’ve got to say the staff are all lovely especially the owner/pool bar waiter. He was a great guy always helpful friendly and would help you with anything you needed. 
The WiFi works where ever you are in the hotel another little bonus. 
I would certainly return to this place it was in a great location only 10 min walk to the harbour and had everything you needed for a self catering holiday.  

A lovely place to stay. 

Not long returned from an excellent 10 day stay at the Santa Marina. 
The hotel is situated in a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle of the main town , but it is close enough for a pleasant 10 min stroll to the town or a 3 min walk to the seafront.
Sporting a lovely pool in secluded surroundings the whole set up is well maintained with abundant sunbeds and a poolside bar ran by the fountain of knowledge gentleman who will tell you everything you need to know.
Reception is 24hrs, check-in was efficient and the room (we had a studio) was plenty big enough and supplied with all the required self catering equipment if you chose to cook.
The only reasons I am not giving this a full 5 stars is the shower ,whilst super powerful, the cubicle was really in need of replacement as the doors were held on by the top only and looked as if they would come off in your hands , and the maid service seemed to be a bit hit and miss in terms of the length/quality they put into cleaning the room/ making beds .

Aside from that , I would certainly go back and most certainly recommend this hotel for any traveller. Pound for pound probably the best self catering accommodation I have stayed in .

A Little Gem

We stayed here for 7 nights with a package deal for 800e from Rotterdam airport and had very good time. The city center is within walking distance, there is a grocey store opposite of the hotel and a very very very good bakery as well. Well worth it to get your breakfast and snacks there. Good restaurants at the seaside too.

Staff is friendly, pool is big and there are plenty of good sunbeds. During our stay it was possible to decide wether to stay at a sunbed in the sun or shade. You can buy some drinks at the bar, but there was no food or icecream. But he, just cross the road for some groceries.

The balcony of our studio was on a quiet road and the hotel opposite of the balcony didn't seem to open so we had visual privacy. Balconies are connected with the neigbours though, which makes it impossible not to overhear conversations. We were lucky with our neighbours. Balcony has morning sun.  If there are groups at the swimming pool it echoes a bit, but if we closed the window of the bathroom the noises dissolved. We didn't need an aircon now but we would recommend it during hotter periods to avoid noisedisturbances too.

The beds are medium hard to hard what we both liked. No whole in the middle; two single beds though. We cooked some meals but missed light in the kitchen, so in the mornings we found out we missed some spots doing the dishes (LOL). The shower had a good spurt of water. Our showerdoor had a little leak so afterwards we had to dry the bathroom partially. Everyday the room got cleaned and every 3 days you get new towels. Be aware to bring your own swimming towels. 

Long story short: good value for the price we paid :)

good value for the money

Very big apartments with really large balcony. Air conditioning 5 euro's a night worth it. Lovely pool not massive. Was really quiet round the pool in the morning and had pool to ourselves. Just found soft drinks quite expensive and you are not allowed to bring any food or drink from outside the apartment round the pool. Really relaxing. Staff are nice and helpful.
