Very clean rooms, daily housekeeping, efficient and quiet air conditioning, excellent restaurant with a plus for the island's finest curry buns, very friendly staff.

What more can we ask for?

No words can describe how overwhelmed we are with the services. Cleaningness is a 12/10, our room was getting cleaned everyday, towels and bedsheets were changed very often. The people working there are incredibly welcoming and kind. The location is perfect. It really added up to an overall great holiday. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing place at great value

-good location  (near to the beach)

-very poor service ( towels and sheets are not changed in daily basis)
-the only window in the room has no view
-absence of hygiene items such as shower gel and shampoo

Very good geographical location, 10 minutes from the centre and 10 minutes from the beaches, on foot. Quiet location with a very nice view. Very functional accommodation, good bedding, all with impeccable cleanliness. The household is carefully cleaned every day and towels are changed on request.

It's a great stay.

We couldn't find a better place! The perfect location near the beaches, the evening walk to the center is about 8 minutes away. The owner was very kind, she picked us up and escorted us to the port. The accommodation was very spacious and clean.

It's beautiful.

Small apartment complex just outside the center of Koufinissa. Strategic location for the beaches. Rooms clean every day. Very friendly owner, offers free transfer to and from the port.

Calmness and Kindness

She picked us up at the harbor and brought us back even though she didn't ask in the mail, she had us take a shower and change in the afternoon even though we checked out at noon.

That's very kind of the owner.

We stayed 3 nights in the rooms, 10 minutes walk from the choir and 7-15 minutes from the various beaches (Finikas, Fanos, italida), so strategic location. Recent structure, with spacious rooms, furnished in an essential but functional way, always very clean and well maintained despite being studios with daily change of clothes / towels. TV lcd, safe, refrigerator and kitchen. And then there is Katrina, the very kind and caring owner always ready to meet any request / need (besides transfer to and from the port).

We are very disappointed.

It was a nice place to stay with a good view. The room was clean and well spaced, not very big but enough to feel comfortable. People were friendly and polite. They pick you up from the port when you arrive as well as they take you back when you leave. I would definitely recommend it!

A nice place to stay and in a good location

The place is pretty basic but it has all you need for a simple stay on a laid-back greek island.

HOWEVER, the lady was repetitively rude to us day after day. Since the moment we arrived she was behaiving as if we were bothering her and wasting her time (with the accompaning facial expressions). So it did not feel comfortable being there.

I never confronted her but I would not, ever, return to that place because of her behaviour.
