Really perfectly situated, 5 minutes walk from the harbour, the place was perfect. 

It's situated on a quiet backstreet and has nearby free parking. 

We stayed on the second floor and had a small seating area outside. 

Room comes with a hair dryer, TV, air-conditioning (included in the price) and has plenty of sockets. 

Nice make up table, with mirror in front. And a wardrobe big enough for both my wife's tons of clothes and my few evening shirts to hand up.

What I really liked was two things in particular. Firstly, the bed. It was really big and far softer than many I've slept on in Greece. With the shutters, I had consistently good nights sleep. 

The bathroom is beautifully decorated. Mirror in front of the sink, for shaving. Lavatory paper regularly replenished and a lovely shower. Plenty of room in the cubicle and no ghastly shower curtain but a proper shower screen. 

Small cooking area and kitchen sink. 

My only small suggestions for minor improvements would be we need more than 3 coat hangers (but it wasn't a problem, as having experienced this before, we always bring some). We boiled morning coffee water on the stove top, which was fine but a kettle would have been slightly easier. 

The room was regularly cleaned and to a high standard. 

My small improvement suggestions are very very minor and hence my rating of 5 stars. Charming and helpful owners too.

Would absolutely recommend and definitely stay here again. 

Friendly owners, clean, inexpensive, lovely bathroom and bed

he owner ask for my passport at check in and he didnt want to return it until I paid for the room, even I have guaranteed the booking with my card. They were staying on location all day and night watching us, as to go to the rooms you need to cross in front of their door which was open all the time.
The location is at 1.4 km from the sand beach not 200m as it is advertised on a very noisy street where you have loud scooters passing all night long.
The location is very basic furnished with a bad and a closet. The kitchenette is something very old, dirty, with only one heater working and a small, dirty, rusty, noisy fridge. We found some dishes on the kitchenette, looking like somebody just used them and left the there. The so called balcony/terrace is the access for the other rooms, you basically sitting in front of the next room door. You cannot use it also because there are no sun shades to protect you from the sun. The AC was weak, we need to wait 3 hours after turned on to have a decent temperature in our room. We could left it running but we were instructed by the owner not to do so. We stayed on 13-14th August and we paid 130€ per night, way too expensive for the quality of the accommodation. We left after 2 days and we booked a hotel room right on the sandy beach of Vasiliki for half of the price. I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before I booked the room. TO BE AVOIDED.
Proprietarul mi-a cerut pașaportul la check-in și nu a vrut să-l returneze până nu am plătit camera, chiar daca am garantat rezervarea cu cardul meu. Stăteau pe loc toată ziua și noaptea, urmărindu-ne, ca să mergem în camere trebuie să le treci în fața ușii lor, care era deschisă tot timpul.
Locația se află la 1,4 km de plaja de nisip, nu la 200 de metri, pe o stradă foarte zgomotoasă, unde ai scutere care trec toată noaptea.

Terrible

We found ourselves very well, clean rooms, very kind owner (fresh fruit in the room every day). The price ratio was very good and the location was strategic. Without taking the car from the pension you can comfortably reach three different beaches (two with the taxi boats that depart from the nearby port and cost 6 euros A/R).

Good value for money

We booked and paid for a studio for a night on the website but he asked us to pay a second time on the spot in cash! We left without delay with 60 cents less on our account! I strongly recommend in addition to the mafia atmosphere!

They're scammers!

We're being asked to pay a second time in cash on arrival when we've already settled via booking the day before...payment confirmed. the girl speaks English to translate the father who plays the little mobsters behind. in short we end up on the street at 34 degrees with our suitcases, 6 hours of bus in our legs and we're looking for new accommodation. thanks the crook absolutely avoided. local mafia.

Arnacus

Geroulis Stefanos studios are a great accommodation option, situated at a picturesque neighborhood of Vassiliki. Our room gave a magnificent view to the green mountains and provided for a very calm atmosphere. The place is ideal for couples and the landlord, Mr. Geroulis, is a very likeable and kind person, willing to help at all times. The great price was also a significant advantage. Overall, this accommodation is highly recommended! We would definitely go there again.

Great accommodation option

We stayed here for 3 nights and were surprised how central the apartments were.

Parking was readily available on the streets close-by which was good. The apartments themselves are the same as in the majority of Greece, basic but clean.

The hosts left us fresh oranges each day which was a nice touch and he even nosed down our car for us when we left as it was very dusty!

Would recommend and stay here again!

Central, clean, friendly owners

The apartment has a very good location and a beautiful view. It was very clean. The landlords were very friendly, and kind. They always helped us with whatever we asked for. Special thanks to Stefanos and his wife :) The beach is not very good, but there are few good beaches nearby.

Excellent

Let me get started by saying that I didn't give 5 stars to these accommodation rooms, only because I don't think that they are a 80 euros per night rooms. Mr. Stefanos (the owner) is a really pleasant guy which will try to do whatever he can in order to help you with everything. The room has a really nice redecorated and extremely clean bathroom. The furnishing are a bit old (like 80's), the mattresses are ok, the room has a mini fridge, a kitchenette TV, a/c, WIFI, hairdryer nice smooth and clean sheets and covers. The location is about 300 meters from Vasiliki's port (and center) and around 500m from where the beach starts to be swim-able. Again if this room was priced around 50 euros/per night I would have given a 5 star rating. I will revisit it for sure if I go again in Lefkada, Vasiliki.

Very good place, clean and quite.

Great place to stay, the owner is a really welcoming, available and caring person. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is completely renovated, spacious and clean. The property is located in a quiet area but you can reach the main road with a 3-minute walk. The free parking is just outside the entrance.
