I am writing this review on my last day at Gianna Studios. I had a week in a hotel in Nidri then decided to extend my holiday for a second week. The hotel had no rooms available. On the net I found availability at Gianna Studios. I walked to them, met Dimitri and he showed me the room. Done deal. The cheap price includes WIFI, safe and air con. The lovely friendly family live on site. As a sole traveller and a woman of a certain age I was made to feel welcome and secure. The bed sheets are crisp and fresh, towels changed all the time!  Everything clean . It's a 20 minute amble into Nidi and a steep hill up to the apartments. Views are stunning! 
I wouldn't hesitate recommending these apartments for a value for money getaway.

 Dimitris informed us about any questions we had about the island. It is very close to the center of Nydri.
We will definitely visit again.

We talked through the phone with the guy who owns the place. We agreed on the amount of 25eur. When we for there we told us that we had to pay 150eur. He was completely calm and sure about it, despite the fact that we talked at least 4 times on the phone the previous day confirming the amount we had to pay. The location is horrible, in the middle of nowhere, there is no parking and the rooms were not impressive. there is no pool, no kitchen. The owner did not even apologize and did not even try to help us find something else (we were a family!). Absolutely horrible. be careful people are trying to steal money fro you. totally anti-professional. This guy has no idea what politeness and hospitality are.

worst of the worst place in the island

The room had a wonderful view on the sea. The owners are nice and helpful as it is usually in Greece. The room is perfectly equipped for the price you pay. I remind that a studio is neither an apartment nor a hotel room, it is a greek formula to give flexibility to the travellers at a very good price. Plus, the view is superlative. View, helpfulness and Greece

We stayed for 8 days in one room at Gianna Studios. It was a wonderful time here. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the place is very quiet. The owner is a great person. I recommend this accommodation near Nidri. During our stay the sheets was changed. We want to come back to this property and spend more time there. Many beaches are close to this accommodation and Passa Beach is the best of them.

Wonderful week at Gianna

Found this location to be off the beaten track but still very good. Views were awesome. Rooms clean and comfortable. Owner was very nice and helpful. Just what we needed for our one night stay. Lovely 

Excellent

What a wonderful place! Gianni and Gianna were so kind. The apartment was clean, beautiful and the sheets were changed 4 times! Coffee, sugar, soaps, towels and a super TV. Our views were 270 degrees from the top floor apartment (room 8). We were offered water on arrival and later, when signing in, we had Greek coffee with home made cake. It was quiet - no loud music or discos. Fell in love with their cats - one had adopted "Tommy" an abandoned kitten. That sums up the place - I felt so safe during the second week when my husband went sailing. Couldn't be bored with the views, the lovely beach at Perigiali Beach and the lovely hosts. The hill up to the apartment might not suit the unfit but I've recently had a hip replacement and it didn't bother me!
