Just Perfect - a slice of Greek heaven 😍 
Watersports, food, atmosphere & superb staff will be hard to beat.   Relaxed and easy going or full on water sports, the choice is yours !

An amazing holiday, in an amazing location 

Sixth year running.  We had another fantastic two weeks of sun, sailing (lots of dinghies for all abilities with a great sailing area) and relaxation.  Great to see some investment in the sailing equipment (reefing lines on the 2k dinghies would be useful).  
Some of the accommodation is in need of improvements (hence not 5 stars); Simos House bathroom improvements, boiler upgrades to assure a plentiful supply of hot water for showers and a decent Wi-Fi service in the taverna area.
Staff were fantastic, as usual.

Great Holiday, Infrastructure Needs Improvement.

Very enjoyable with some excellent sailing. The sailing stock had been replenished at start of the season and Lasers, Pico's, Cats and 2 handers were in v. good condition and available in reasonable numbers. The performance boats RS100 and L4K's were less reliable and were only occasionally available. Wind was great in the afternoons. So, if you are sailors this is great. Not much else to do however. The pool is v. small and the outdoor space a bit cramped. Would be great to have Yoga / Pilates / Cycling as an alternative option.  (possibly you could arrange this locally ?). Hotel and Sailing staff are very good. 

Hotel Taverna is fine and there are some good restaurants less than 5 mins walk away. 

Availability of local flights is a huge bonus. Others have mentioned the rooms .... and I can confirm the beds are very uncomfortable. If this could be an issue for you, I recommend taking an inflatable mattress. They really are that hard.

Very Enjoyable but the beds......

Nice place to relax, beach in front of the house, sunbeds, umbrellas and wonderful trees Just for those looking for a break from the city stress Small bar where to eat from breakfast to dinner, simple dishes, friendly friendly staff... which is rare these days.

Relax Greece

We were not disappointed. 
Start with the taverna. The food was good and reasonably priced enough of a variety , and the staff were really lovely, so a really nice vibe.
The accommodation was adequate to our needs, glad to have a fridge and kettle too!
Everyone was really helpful
On the beach the kit was good, I was worried that there wouldn't be enough at the busy times, but it didn't seem to be an issue. The beach staff were great too.
Lovely area with a variety of nice places to eat in Nikiana, I definitely hope to return

Sailing holiday

Although the rooms are small and fairly basic, the staff and the facilities here more than make up for it. What a fantastic trip!
The instructors were fantastic - our main instructor Sam was particularly great. They guided us through a level 1 sailing course, kayaking, windsurfing and paddleboarding. They were not only very helpful but also incredibly friendly. The food was also very good and all of the staff in the Taverna were very helpful. If you enjoy water sports and are looking for an active holiday, I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic Trip

Just back from our 2nd trip to Nikiana. This is the first time we have ever been back to the same place which says it all. Our teenagers love it- they immediately make friends and spend hours on SUPs boats and kayaks. We had sailing lessons- thanks Alex. If you want to do nothing that’s an option too. Good value food in the restaurant and a really relaxed atmosphere. We had a family room which was small but great value… very clean too. 
The staff both years have been really helpful, friendly and efficient.

Fantastic Family holiday

We recently stayed at the Nikiana beach resort and had a fantastic holiday. All the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. The accommodation whilst basic was very clean and well presented. The sailing equipment was well maintained and there was plenty of it. During our stay, at no time did we struggle for equipment to use. We had a fabulous stay, would thoroughly recommend it and are hoping to get back again later in the season. Thank you to all the staff at Seafarer.
