I've never stayed in this hotel but I'm sure it's very nice according to the reviews but a number of the reviews on here for the "Harris Hotel" which by the way is on the road to Petra out of Anaxos , are incorrectly posted as they mention Rosa , Stavros and her family who run the "Haris studios and apartments"  which are situated in the centre of Anaxos near the Plaza Palace and is listed under  "specialist lodging" rather than "Anaxos Hotels" .

More than 1 Harris/Haris in Anaxos.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in August.  

First to say, I have rated this average as there is no good rating and I would not rate this as very good.  Upside - price, good value for money, lovely family ran facility with good hospitality.  Downside - facilities are limited, the rooms aren't cleaned daily, the bar closes very early, menu choices are restricted but very reasonable and tasty etc. Our room had limited equipment, there is no way you could cook a meal here, just make a simple snack and there is limited worktop space to do that........the bed was also uncomfortable.

Would we stay again, no wish we had booked the Plaza Palace and paid a little extra.  Good resort and some great restaurants!

Good value for price paid

We love this family so much that we decided to fly from Gatwick next year as Thomas cook have stopped flying from Manchester. I know so many people who are disappointed a lot of people can't get there. Rosa will do anything to please you even supplied flowers for my friends wedding renewal vows for free the whole family are brilliant , I hope more people make the effort well worth it

Lovely family apartments

Having been to Anaxos last year, we heard so much about these apartments from repeat travellers we came and had a look liked what we saw and booked for this year.
So far we have not been dissapointed. This family run business is a little gem.
The rooms are typical of Greek accommodation, clean, roomy and well maintained.
Rosa and Stavoros her son are the main stay workers with Harris keeping an eye on things. Light snacks are provided throughout the day and are very well priced. It is a quiet area most of the day but guests tend to congregate at the bar late afternoon, when it can easily become very lively. Nothing is to much trouble for any of the family.
We have already booked for next year. It is very popular so get in quick and book.
Hot water all the time, clean pool area, outside showers, it is a sun trap.

Home from home

Rosa & family make you so welcome that guest go back year after year . The pool is kept very clean with well tendered garden.The rooms are cleaned regularly.Also you can have food from the pool bar for lunch very cheap to
