I travel alone to different islands in Greece. Until I came to Thásos. Samaras hotel. The most beautiful hotel and suit. In a day.. it was like I was in a family. This hotel is owned and treated with love by a sweet family. Who today is my friends. I’m about to move to island. For work. And also because I miss the kindness and love I got from them.
Rooms amazing.
Service amazing.
Food amazing. Cocktails (ask for passion fruit daquiri) 
Experience. I hope you come and enjoy it. As much as I did.

Fantastic hostess and great hospitality! The hostess was super helpful in giving tips about the island and where to go. The hotel beach is pretty and quiet. Definitely recommended for a quiet and relaxed summer vacation on a beautiful Greek Island!

Summer Vacation Limenaria, Thassos

We found a very friendly approach by the owner.
She gave us many details of the region.
The restaurant is very causy and the food was well prepared and presented.
Really a gem in Limenaria Thassos.
We definitely recommend this hotel and it's restaurant.

Friendly approach in a by the sea environment

Everything was perfect! Excellent service, amazing staff were more than just friendly. The room and was very nice, clean and with new furniture. Clean and new bathroom. Location is ideal, across beach and in city center.
Overall, prices are really a bargain for what you get!
We will definitely come back here again!

"this is the fifth time i have stayed here. Rooms spotless very very clean spacious and well decorated, large shower room high quality fitting. Breakfast fantastic lots to choose from cereal, cheese, meat and sweets. Pool area same as everywhere spotless. Ample sun beds on the beach. Food excellent lots to choose from. All staff from cleaners, bar, kitchen, happy friendly helpful people. Would high recommend. Already booked to go back next year."

I was there with my family and now I write this review in hotel pool. So! We have realy enjoyed our holidays. Owner lady Katia is one of the best and most nice hoteliers I've met. Rooms are clean, food is delicious (I'm sure that I am much more fat then I was in the start of my holidays). Katia and everyone in this hotel are nice and willing. I found just one... mistake? Beer and other drinks (I don't know how much costs pancakes etc. there) are little bit expensive. But it isn't something what can ruin our holidays in Hotel Samaras Beach! 

The hotel was very well situated, just a few steps from the beach.  Breakfast was served at Samaras Hotel, and was very good.  The room was nice, but the bathroom was very narrow, especially the toilet was placed so that it was almost useless for me, being rather large compared to the average person.  Noce personnel at breakfast, which was the only time we saw anyone.

Nice location

This hotel is on the main stretch of sea front with lots of white chairs on the beach side. 
We went her for 4 nights as our last stop on the way back to the hotel at night. We use to get a lovely carafe of wine each and just sit and watch the world go by. There was a young waiter who was working here when we went and had excellent customer service, he came for a laugh and a chat. On one occasion the owner and her daughter had a disagreement with the waiter and a little altercation occurred by the daughter. On our last evening we again had a carafe of wine, and when we finished the waiter came and I asked for the bill. The owns daughter came, too us the total on which I handed the payment over, she sorted the change and threw it on the table!!! I found this rude and very bad customer service. I did tell her Mother as we left that she was rude and should not be working with the public. 
Not the bet place but the seating is comfortable.
