About to return to the UK after 2 fantastic weeks in Villa Rosemary Sostis.  This beautiful Villa in a small complex of villas is the perfect place for anyone wanting a quiet relaxing holiday. The Villa owners are so welcoming and friendly nothing is too much trouble.  The villa is well equipped and comfortable.  The swimming pool is heated and well maintained as are the pretty gardens surrounding the villas.  I must mention the maid service which is exceptional.  Little things like fresh flowers from the gardens made our stay comfortable and welcoming.  The small resort of Agios Sostis is excellent for eating out and the Villa is a very short walk to some good tavernas.  We have already booked a return visit for 2020 as we loved it so much

very friendly owner and is more then willing to help you. if you want a nice and quiet place away from the massa tourists stay here!!! the city of agios sostis is also nice and calm;)

Very good, cozy villas, in a quiet place. Beautiful and well maintained inside and out, fresh repairs and furniture. There is everything necessary - a fully equipped kitchen (food is not provided), dishes, kitchen utensils, washing machine. Daily cleaning, always clean towels, bedding. Its own parking lot. Each villa has its own swimming pool, resting place, talk room.

On our first trip to Zakynthos Island and in June 2013 we stayed in Lorenzo Villas, which is located in the small, quiet village of Agios Sostis. I don't like noisy hotels because of this, my choice fell on Lorenzo Villas - a complex consisting of 5 villas with their own enclosed territory. The territory is not large, but very convenient and beautiful. The villas for living are two-story, very comfortable, each has its own name, we rested at the villa Ros-Marie. Food is not provided, but each villa has a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room and two bedrooms on the second floor, its own swimming pool and a private area surrounded by a vegetable garden of Russian fauna.

It's a wonderful story

In July 2013, we visited this place for the third time with our whole family. The kitchen in the houses is equipped like at home - everything is necessary. I am not stressed by cooking, so it's a big plus, the products are available anytime, you want to go to the kitchen, you want to go to the kitchen, you want to go to the kitchen, you want to go to the kitchen, you want to go to the kitchen, you want to go to the microwave, you want to go to the kitchen, you want to go to the kitchen.

It's like home heaven.

We stayed at Lorenzo villas sept/oct 2011 . Found them very clean and well equipped very nice family who own them there if you want them.. Ships spatial/Lithuania beach is a great location and Lorenzo villas are an ideal place to stay would stay again 

Nice location short walk to the beach

Nice family place ,good qualities outdoor and indoor,very good located in the local nature and just five minutes walk to the beach,on this way you find the best restaurant in the area,OLE OLE,u can't miss that,have a nice holiday

Great accommodation near the sea

Lorenzo villas in Agios Sostis Zante was probably the best villa we have stayed in. The pool and villa were very clean. The pool and patio area backed onto open land which gave a gentle breeze which was very welcoming when it was very hot. The bedrooms had balconies so you could sit out the front or back. The owners were in a villa on site and were there to help with anything but never intrusive.
The villa was extremely well equipped. I didnt find myself hunting for somewhere to put the hairdryer etc. as everything was in the right place, even a full length mirror downstairs. Best of all, these villas are situated in a quiet area but only a very short walk to the beach and seafront with all the tavernas.
Very quiet at night to sleep. I cannot speak highly enough of our villa and the owners.

Excellent villa

This villa sits in the quiet area of Agios Sostis. They are run by a very friendly couple and ensure your stay is as comfortable as it should be. I went with Olympic holidays  and did not see one rep for 2 weeks. But you can book through the private Lorenzo villas website instead. It has a modern interior which includes washing machine and dishwasher downstair shower room and free air conditioning. Although there is no dvd player as the tv only shows 1 English channel so tv is a bit boring! There is a nice pool and all windows have fitted bug screens. Its in a perfect location if you want quiet evenings as Lorenzo villas are just a group of 4 plus a 1 bed villa. You have the option to go into Laganas which is a 10 min drive away, if you want a bit of madness!  You can also take a bus locally. All ameneties are with in walking distance and the beach is clean and the sea is warm but lacks much sand area as the sea is quite far in. The locals are all very friendly. There are plenty of resturants but most of the main shops are in Laganas. There is a LIdl about 10 min drive away too which is where i did most of the shopping. There is a fun area for kids to swim. Boat rides take you to see the famous logger head turtles which have natural habitats here, at one point we were swimming with one! Try not pay too much for the boat rides, as there is a very good deal for 8 Euro each which takes you on a small boat to the small islands which you can pick up at the local area. Some are up to 25 Euros each, So compare prices first. A car is handy as there amazing beaches to see round this beautiful island.  All in all a fantastic 2 weeks! I had no issues apart form the fact there was no toaster or many English speaking TV channels.
