My family and I visited the hotel at Christmas. We had a wonderful weekend of sunshine. It is a new 4-star hotel with a luxurious reception and large rooms, a pleasant living room with a classic bar and restaurant, a large parking space and a large therapeutic pool. It is located far from the city, surrounded by lots of greenery and a small river. The hotel rooms are very clean and spacious with large balconies overlooking the mountains. The spa corner is perfectly equipped and offers a wide range of services. The hotel's restaurant prepares a variety of products, you can always go back to Makrak and eat delicious meals, but I would love to go back to a local hotel and enjoy a delicious meal!

It's really relaxing.

This is the first time I have written a review of a hotel that I DID NOT visit.
We had reserved a 3 night stay end of October. The day before we were supposed to arrive we received an email that the hotel had to "be out of operation due to technical reasons for a week"
Maybe there is a very good reason for the cancellation. But sending out the cancellation one day before without a proper explanation and without any suggestions for alternative accommodation and lastly without any compensation is simply such an unprofessional to run your business.
Lastly I send the hotel an email asking them to confirm that they have cancelled my credit card payment. Here two weeks after no reply has been received!!

Very bad experience

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay during our holiday trip. The rooms were big and clean. As we had the all inclusive package we found complimentary refresements and beers in our mini bar.The bathroom was not large but it was clean with a bathtub. The food was also very good, not with too many choises but everything was made of high quality products. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. The best asset of this hotel is the excellent spa with a very large thermal water indoor pool, a hot spring and a very nice outdoor pool. Totally recommended for a true relaxing stay, as it is located in an area with nothing to do around, except some walks in the nature. A value for money hotel that I will soon visit again.

Total relax!

This is a rewrite of my first review because my experience in this hotel has changed through the 3 days I stayed there . My experience here was great. The food was nice and the rooms were comfortable. What really worried me the most was the bugs and the maintenance of the hotel. Honestly the staff was the best part of the hotel. Quite fine and compliments to the staff

Clean and comfortable rooms, good service, very nice pools for childs and parents.Poor breakfast and poor dinner.Very good spa and service.Very good hotel . Value for money. Parking for cars was ok and the place was very good. Quiet, ideal for the easy holidays, weekends.

Value for money

I had the bestest vacation in my life! I am leaving tomorrow and my summer vacation needs are met to the fullest!
The food was really good and definitely plentiful, the room - we took one room for 4 friends-  was great. The view, the spa the outside pool... Everything was perfect! Anything we needed was covered in minutes, if not seconds by the metr, Panagiotis, with a professionalism that I envy.. and I teach professionalism... 
Oh! And the prices were too good too! Worth it to call them up and ask for offers.

Amazing!

Had a wonderful invigorating weekend in this relaxing hotel and spa that vibrates good energy!  Very good service by friendly staff and excellent food ! Congrats to the chef!!! The surroundings (river, nature, mountains..) are amazing, the hotel so quiet you can hear the birds singing, the whole experience of the spa unique! I definitely recommend it for relaxing and "turning within"...

No negative criticism. The hotel is embraced by a very beautiful landscape. The thermal bath is a pleasure. The service is friendly. A little smile from the staff is always self-evident. We've recovered. And we'll be coming over soon.

We enjoyed it.

On a business trip, I stayed for a whole week at the Hotel Thermae Platystomou in Makrakomi. I was able to appreciate the excellent service and the high level of friendliness of the staff at the various services. I enjoyed the thermal pool that allows me to relax after a long day of work. The rooms are clean, large and bright enough, the bathroom is great with bathtub and hot water.

A Pleasant Experience

The hotel is very clean and elegant, and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. It is located in an area far from the city centres, so the tranquility and silence are ensured. Pero`` can happen that the outdoor spaces are booked by committees for various celebrations: to me and played a party for a wedding, with a hellish noise until the early hours: night in the white! Breakfast and meals are at buffet: little choice but the quality of the dishes are good; however, the service at the tables was practically nonexistent: I pastured with water because there was no one to go to.
