We spent one week in this hotel and I have to say it was amazing. Hotel is new, it was opened this year. Everything is clean, new, rooms are big and quiet (despite parties in the city). There's fridge, flat TV, cups, glasses and kettle in the room. Wifi for free. Balconies with sea view, perfect to spend breakfast time and evenings in there. Everything very comfy. Hotel has no swimming pool but it's 1 min to the beach, so it's no problem ;) There'll be some rooms more on 3rd floor in some time, hotel is still growing. There's a lift, so you don't have to go with your luggage upstairs. And the best from the hotel is the crew! Hans and his wife are very friendly, helpful and warm people. They are taking care of all the guests and can tell you everything about Crete. Every hotel should be managed by such people! I highly recommend this hotel, your holiday in there will be awesome :D
