It’s so cozy home apartment . Friendly owners. Always keep your room clean

Booked for 15 nights as we where on a late flight 11pm, didn't know we could have kept the room on until 6pm for 20e, Brilliant service from start to end, no problems at all , The room was basic but we are used to this in Greece after all you only shower and sleep there so no need for glam as long as it's clean and a comfy bed which it had and the price we paid was well worth it. Would definitely recommend and won't hesitate to rebook when we return one day.

Stalis is a magic place for couples. Nice restaurants, lovely beaches. We booked from Kreta Blanka travel the office in the hotel  yachting trip. It must , if you are couple. Thank you Blanka.

Thank you for a wonderful two weeks stay in Room 7.   Everything was first class.   Comfy beds, spotlessly clean, fresh towels and crisp white linen.  Roomy walk in shower and lovely balcony.    We also took advantage of the airport transfers.    Lovely family run apartments who were helpful and friendly at all times.   We will return as soon as possible.

Fantastic self catering apartments, very modern, full size cooker/oven & fridge freezer, every window & balcony doors have pull down mozzie fine mesh blinds so air can easily flow through but no mozzies can get through, fantastic for summer nights when you want to open windows but dont want to be bitten to death, (every hotel/apts should have these), bedding & towels changed every 3 days, Blanca & her mum in law are great hosts, nothing too much for them, we will def go again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place. Good location ,very good owners and Very clean hotels..... The hotel is close to everything. Good restaurants,  supermarket , the beach is 3 minutes walk . Me and my wife we enjoy every night our wine 🍷 on the balcony....

Just returned from a fab 2 weeks holiday at Kostas Apartments. We opted for the offer of a return transfer provided by the apartments and the exceptional hospitality started there as the communications from Blanka was great, also the transfer was cheaper than a taxi from the airport which was a bonus. On arriving at the apartments we were surprised to have been given an apartment which has only just been renovated. Wow it was beautiful. The room was modern and clean and the bathroom was the best we have ever had in Greece in a self catering apartment. The apartments are only a minutes stroll to the centre of Stalis and next to two lovely restaurants. There is also a supermarket 2 minutes away. So all in all an excellent self catering apartment in the heart of Stalis with wonderful people. We will return soon. 

Have just got back home from staying in Crete at kostas apartments. Me, my son and my partner. We stayed for 3 weeks. The lady cleaning the rooms is amazing. 
Bedding and towels changed every other day and the towels are made all fancy each time. Bins emptied to. It’s a very clean and well kept place. The owners are friendly and very helpful to. Little gifts left when we arrived, melon and then some yummy cake. Gifts for us to take away with us to. 
Will def go back and stay there again next year if we can get booked in. 
Thank you so much to them all for making our holiday very comfortable. 

The room was often cleaned and cozy. Very nice. Blanka is very helpful and good energy. Close to the beach. Very nice tavernas around. Close to the supermarket too. Mother Eleni gave us some cake and fruits. For sure we will come back. We had a lovely time in Stalida.

Excellent Apartments

Excellent stay 

The rooms were clean, and adequate for our needs, which matched the low pricing.
The Owner was friendly, and the facilities were adequate. On the down side it was the main road into Stallis. On the good side it is close to the beach, a five minute walk, and all the other restaurants were nearby.
If you don,t mind no pool or bar facilities, then it's ideal.

Family Holiday

Stayed for 3 weeks. 

A lovely little place to stay. Found on booking.com and the reviews did it justice. 
Perfectly adequate for our needs. Just a few things that could do with a touch. The shower head was not able to stay up like a shower head should. Instead it hung against the wall and so you had to shower your self off by hand to get wet. The kitchen hot tap was not able to run hot water. 
If you get up late all the hot water is gone so a cold shower to start the day but by evening was lovely and hot. 
The owners and mother were very attentive and were obliging as much as possible. We did not mention the issues as beloved them to be quite obvious upon cleaning the rooms. 
Downfall is you face the main road in to Stalis and this can be quite noisy of an evening. Plus as this thorough fair led to many other establishments meant our outdoor area was on constant view to passing public. Meant you had to be very careful of your attire at all times. 
But a happily pleasant stay except for the mosquitoes who took a liking to us.

Great place in the heart of the town

Just returned from Crete, had a fantastic 2 weeks and stayed in wonderful Greek family run apartments, good access for people not too steady on there feet. Very close to the Beach , restaurants and bars, local supermarkets within 5 min walk.
As for the accommodation absolutely spotless, your asked not to bring in the sand from the beach but there are facilities to clean off before going in. Wonderful family where nothing is too much in solving any problems. Next visit must be for 3 weeks.

The real Greece

Great location,nice clean apartment's everything you want for a self catering holiday, from the moment we booked there was great communication with blanka, the cleaner is elena who is an absolute credit to these apartments, nice touch on arrival of a bottle water (which was a godsend as we arrived late at night) and small bottle of homemade olive oil in room, over the course of the 10 days she left couple of small gifts when cleaning the room, cherries one day and cinnamon biscuits for your tea or coffee another she is soooo nice.

They are situated 2 Mins away from the strip In a great location, aircon in the room at a extra cost of €6 per night, safe €3 a night.

Our flight was at night so messaged blanka asking if we could get a late check out which she gave us no problem for an extra €20.

I would not hesitate to stay in these apartments again, our room was room 16 on the top floor, sunshine in the morning on the balcony and shade at night whilst getting ready which is a must for us.

All in all a great stay could not fault it here, would I stay here again...... 🤔 Absolutely....might even book for 2020 or even a cheeky little week at the end of season. Gia mas!!  Thanks again for a lovely stay😘

Brilliant Time

We stayed in Kostas apartments for 2 weeks and we enjoyed our stay! It is in the center, really close to the beach and all the shops. If one wants to travel for example to Heraklion, the busstop is right around the corner! Summa sumarum, big hug and thank you to Kostas Apartments for making our holiday wonderful!
