Lovely quiet base to explore Crete. Room cleaned daily, towels replaced frequently, adequate kitchenette for occasional meals. 20 minute walk to Malia old town- we were impressed with Odas and San Georgio tavernas. We arranged many trips with GetYourGuide who picked up a few minutes walk from the hotel. Nice clean pool, pleasant, well priced drinks and food bar, sea over the wall from pool area. Lovely helpful staff, a few hundred yards walk to shops and restaurants. Malia palace ruins 30 minutes walk. Sit in the garden with an ouzo and watch the swallows play, mountains in the background. Bliss
