I found the staff extremely friendly and extra accommodating from the moment I arrived. There was a slight mix up with our room (Tui’s fault not the hotels) as Tui had not informed the hotel we had payed to upgrade to an apartment yet with out any hesitation and despite the paperwork stating we only had a standard twin room we was moved immediately to the apartment. They didn’t even question us or make us wait for Tui to confirm. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. (Only criticism would be no English tv channels but we had our Firestick so was not a problem for us) and would recommend do not disturb signs for the apartments so not disturbed by cleaners as they still come in and clean even if ur sleeping. all the staff made us feel so welcome and relaxed and the location was great despite being out of season so we spent the majority of the time in stalis (old town) which was recommended to us by the staff and was actually better as it was more our scene with loads of pubs with love entertainment instead of night clubs. This hotel is certainly not a 2 star given its location cleanliness facilities and quality of food and drinks I would say it’s definitely a 3star. Frixos and Maria and all the staff are amazing. Would recommend and stay again.
