Great place, perfect quiet location, just a couple of minuets walk from the boat.
Clean room, lovely pool and perfect breakfast with enough to see you through till lunch. Couple of great eating places close by and scooter hire just across the road to enable exploring the whole island.

Fabulous views, big room (23), superbly cleaned daily,  fresh towels daily and beach towels provided .  Delicious food available for purchase and drinks.  Lovely breakfast provided.  Good location .  Friendly staff.   Pool very nice and although pool area on the small side didn’t once not get a sun-bed .

Had an amazing time at this hotel. Great staff lovely clean hotel, nice food, relaxing time by the pool what more can you ask for. The room was just the right size for the 3 of us, bed was comfortable. All the food was home made by the amazing chef. It was a nice walk into Skala m, great view of the sea. It’s was just perfect

Amazing time 

What a fabulous location. Step off the ferry and breathe it in... Agistri is beautiful in so many ways. Our stay in Meltemi Studios was so relaxing all thanks to our hosts! We will return for sure next year. 

Holiday perfection 

We just got back from a 5 night stay at Meltemi Studios and it was magic.    Best location and run by top of the range family concern who go out of their way to accommodate any of your needs.     Dolphin ferry drop off and bus depot is about 3 minutes walk away and the best Supermarket on the island is about 3 minutes walk in the other direction.   We will definitely be back and would recommend as the number one spot on this island.

Very nice place very clean good rooms and close to a small beach
Very quiet area of Agistri compared to 
skala Very friendly staff and for sure we will be coming back very easy to come here from Piraeus with the flying dolphin

Was only here 2 times to enjoy the pool, and some drinks
Staff is very sweet. Beds are for free
Sure will be back in September for some lunch and cocktails
Hotel is in Milos opposite the harbour
Nice view

Lovely pool, lovely staff

We visited Agistris capital town Megalochori for two nights in early June.We stayed at this lovely family owned hotel. Our room seemed to be newly renovated. The room was nice and clean and had a balcony with a marvellous view over the sea.  The pool area was little but very pleasant, also clean and had comfortable sun lounger. We ate an late supper at the restaurant the day we arrived, nothing special but nice and tasty. The breakfast at the hotel was good but rather expensive.

Wonderful place with amazing hosts

We requested a top floor renovated room with seaview. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room, everything was new, the view was beautiful and there were mosquito nets at the windows. 
The bed was big and comfortable and there was a small desk where one could work. But the bathroom was very small, at times it had a very bad smell and the bathroom door was really ruining it all. It was like an old saloon door, that took a lot of effort to open and made a big noise. I don't know if this remains from the old room and will be replaced but it really bothered us.
The breakfast experience was very pleasant, offered by the pool with a view of the sea and port and a nice variety of fresh juice, fruits, yogurt honey, croissants and eggs. 
I don't think there are any better places in Agistri, despite the bathroom disadvantage.

Very clean place in a nice location! Close to the harbour. Very friendly staff! The only negative is that it doesn't include breakfast so we had to order the breakfast every morning, that costs more! Will visit this place again for sure!
