we booked a table for dinner but we s didn't realise we cannot see the sunset from the seven hotel so a very kind waiter name Michael. he kindly help us to reserve a table in the other restaurant across the road which is also under the same company. We are so grateful the waiter is so considerate and helpful to help us with the arrangement. 
we are so lucky to have the dinner while watching the sun set grace fully.
the food are very nice! our favourite is the white egg plant. 
the dessert we had the custard with kamkuat, must try!!! very delicious to end the dinner with.

Great hotel! I stayed here with a friend, and we are both very picky… This hotel has  Super comfortable beds, a very high standard of service, and cleanliness, a Very good restaurant, and every single employee was lovely, and so helpful! I will definitely come back!

Great Hotel!

I didnt stay at the hotel but had dinner with my BFF at their inhouse restaurant The 7 Steak Lounge. AWESOME food and Excellent staff especially Jon. They were very attentive and ensured that every min of the dining experience was to our liking. I don't drink alcohol and Jon made me the BEST mocktail called "Red Velvet." I gotta have bartenders in the USA step up their game.

A True Dining Experience

Very nice boutique hotel with very kind staff. We were herw for 10the anniversary. The hotel made us surprise at the room. We had suite with private pool and it was perfect. The breakfast with fresh juices are delicious. We can recommended for couples.

Lovely anniversary

The entire environment is so serene, clean, fresh and beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous and so clean you can eat off of the floor. The staff are amazing. I got the most beautiful cake despite informing them late of my birthday. We’ll definitely go back.

Amazing

Absolutely fabulous hotel. The accommodations are great.  The property is clean, neat, modern, and has all the amenities. 

The best part is the staff. They are top notch. Courteous and helpful and friendly. It has everything! I would definitely stay here again. It’s worth every penny.

Fabulous Hotel and Great Staff

Absolutely fantastic holiday , more than 5 stars , staff are all friendly and very helpful can not do enough for you , rooms and  all area are spotless clean , will definitely come back to visit this little gem of a hotel . Food was of high standard.

Amazing little gem of a hotel

De Sol Hotel in Santorini is a great place to stay; it's stunning, modern, clean, and has a range of amenities. Upon arrival, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They're happy to assist with anything, with a smile on their face. A special mention to Maria, Victoria, and Dimitris, who helped out and made our stay extra comfortable and easy. There's a shuttle that heads into Fira 4 times a day, but I would recommend hiring a scooter or car, as there's not a heap to do within walking distance. Our favourite area was the pool. It's so beautiful and you could easily spend hours lying by it. The decor of the room is exceptional, and you really feel like you're surrounded by luxury. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge selection of delicious options. The gym looked great, but we couldn't snap out of our relaxation mode to give it a try. The only suggestion I can make is that for a hotel of that class, I would expect a better selection of English speaking channels. All we found were news channels on repeat or episodes of NCIS. It was a bit of a letdown for the one night we stayed in.
Apart from the channels, this hotel was a great choice, and I could happily recommend to anyone.

Our 4 Night Stay at De Sol Hotel, Santorini

The staff at De Sol is incredible. Most friendly at every level. Always helpful, conversational and beyond willing to help while always smiling. The breakfast that is included in delicious and the the barista Dimitrios makes incredible cappuccinos and frappe.

Beautiful Santorini

The De Sol is a first rate hotel in every way.  The rooms are beautiful and in excellent repair and come with all the amenities one would expect from of a resort hotel - beautiful pool, excellent restaurant, first rate service, etc.

The hotel fee comes with breakfast included and the chef at the De Sol put on an impressive buffet of Greek and non-greek items.  All are prepared with skill, as are the lunches and dinners.  The only quibble is that when you paid meals are pricey by Greek standards.  That said, they are still a reasonable value for the money.

While here I had a Swedish massage and enjoyed it. There is a full menu of massage offerings to choose from.  

The hotel is located outside of Fira and that is a double edged sword.  On the one hand, it means that you escape the hordes of tourists that crowd the streets, shops and restaurants of Fira and Oia.  It's a far more quiet, and to my taste, better experience.  On the other hand, you can't just walk out of the hotel and go to a restaurant unless you want to eat at one of the De Sol's sister hotels located nearby. Likewise, if you're interested in shopping, you can't do this near the hotel. One needs to take a taxi or use one of the hotels Shuttle busses to go anywhere.  These busses run four times per day; if you want a free lift, you are tied to a limited bus schedule.  Likewise, if you want to go to a place like Akotiri or Oia, you need to book a taxi because you will not have access to public busses that run out of Fira.  A taxi to Akotiri is 15 Euros and 40 Euros to Oia.  

A standout for me was the hotel's service staff that arranged taxi's and shuttles for me, provided guidance on Greek wines to try with meals, and helped me retrieve a scuba mask and snorkel that I left on a Catamaran cruise ship.  All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with special thanks to Dimitris, Apasia, Maria, and Victoria for taking special care of me during my stay.

Here's the bottom line.... I would absolutely stay here again and I would recommend the hotel to friends.
